I was there a couple of weeks ago. Mirah was awful. Didn’t check on us and often forgot what we had ordered then didn’t come back for 37 minutes. Staff is just rude. I can go anywhere and wont spend my money where I don’t get service.

Called on a Friday around 6 to try to order wings. The girl who picked the phone up barely let me get a sentence out about what I wanted to order before she put me on hold so I could “figure out what I wanted”. I already had it figured out. She said she would “be right back” but ended up taking forever to get back on the line so I hung up. I’ll take my money somewhere else that has good customer service..To the owners response:First of all, let me give you a quick recap of how my phone call went. The girl on the phone immediately had a bad attitude and talked in a condescending tone. I asked a question about the wings - if I could order more than 1 flavor. She told me I could and while I was beginning to tell her what flavors we wanted, she told me she would put me on hold so I could figure it out.I have worked in a restaurant that I am sure was FAR more busy than your little dive bar at 6pm. No matter how busy I was, I never put a customer on hold or talked to them in a condescending tone for not speaking fast enough. “Patience is a virtue” is a saying you guys should practice more, since the condescending girl that answered the phone put me on hold before I could even explain to her that I was ready to order and knew what I wanted.If you can’t answer phones or stay on the line with customers because you are “too busy” then get more staff or don’t allow carry out orders over the phone. If you can’t speak to customers in a non-condescending and patient manner, maybe you need a different job. Based on the previous reviews I have read and the “owner” responses, I am so glad I didn’t end up ordering from you. Never have I seen a business respond to reviews in such rude and immature ways. I am surprised you guys are still in business based on your behavior. Trashy people. Bad service. YIKES.I wanted to try a new local place but I think I’ll stick with other places that have genuine customer service, like The Corner Pub!

Warning to customers do not get your checks split here. I went in for my second time today, the location and quickness of the cook is why we go. We only got two entrees and waters, we needed out checks split since my friend was using cash and I a card. Out checks were each charged an additional $1.60 each for a total of $3.20. the food was pretty good but I will not be returning. Facts have been checked. Cash check was also charged 1.60. on the receipt it indicated split check charge. I will be changing my review to 1 star now.

My boyfriend and I went out on a limb and decided to try this place about a month ago... needless to say we have been back every week since then sometimes even twice! Everyone is SO welcoming! Elizabeth is our absolute favorite server! The food is incredible, especially the wings! The prices on everything are fantastic and I've never been dissapointed! 10/10 recommend this!

Best chicken wings ever. I highly recommend the trashed and spicy wings. The burgers and pizza are pretty good as well. Solid place for bar food and the happy hour is a great deal.

My daughter and I went here on Dec 30at around 5:30. It was not busy and we sat in the non smoking area which still smelled of smoke. It took a long time for anyone to come over with menus. We ordered a burger and wings. The service was terrible and the food was just ok. We waited and waited for our check. The waitress never checked back on us after she delivered the food and there was no Thank you or even any dialogue. It was shocking how there was no attention given. When she did come back the amount on the charge slip was different than on the bill. They need an overhaul. It smells like an ashtray.

Agree with other posters, it's like going back in time. We lasted 3 minutes, got to a table, sat down and nope couldn't do it. I didn't realize you could smoke in these types of establishments in this day and age. All of the smokers apparently come here and the tobacco smell is overwhelming, puts casino air to shame. I cannot imagine ever coming here for food or beverages.
I always have such a great time here. One of the best bars and Mariah is one of the sweetest, friendliest, and best bartenders I’ve ever had and she makes the best drinks. I definitely recommend going to Fandango’s for a fun night out.

I went into Fandango's Sports Bar & Grill to pickup my to go order. The bartender Mariah charge me a card fee without letting me know. When, I asked her why did she not disclose they charge a Debit or Credit Card fee, she got smart and stated why I didn't ask. There was a group of 5 Caucasian making racism remarks and slurs. Mind you I am African American. While, I was asking to speak to the manager she kept making nasty remarks and had a nasty attitude to be in Customer Service. The manager finally came and while he was talking to me the group of guys was still making racism remarks and no one say anything. Please don't go here or support this business if you are Black/ African American, we do not belong in there and they made it very clear that we are not allowed nor wanted. I am so upset how I was treated. Worst customer service ever. I cancel my order because I didn't trust them. They don't deserve the one Star, but I had to do one to leave a review.
