Ordered 2 chef salads. Which both had very little meat and the service we received wasn’t great at all. One was a whole salad but had the same amount as the half salad that was also ordered.

I placed an order today for two lunch specials. Which came with 2 pizzas, 2 sides and 2 drinks. When I got it the pizza was cold, the sodas were flat and the sides were missing. When I called about it they were admit about getting my order number, but unapologetic about my missing food. Afterwards, I was told the driver was on the way with the food, once he arrived he did apologize and proceeded to hand me cold old fries. Last, ordering here which is sucks. Food and delivery fees are high to not get it right or hot! Never again…

Got a pizza from here and ordered double cheese. When I brought it home there was hardly any cheese. Spoke with the manager and she would not do anything and took no responsibility. I had been going to the Kirkwood Imos for over 25 years and the smug attitude and "take it or leave it" customer service approach will cause me not to go to the Kirkwood Imos ever again. Unbelievable!!!!
All the way back in Guam, my daughter is missing her Imos.

An interesting and quiet pizza parlor in Kirkwood; right outside of St. Louis.Excellent and prompt service.The lobby was immaculate and well decorated with Imo's history as well as local flavor.Vegetarian options: They have typical "Veggie" options.Parking: The lot is around back and there are signs leading the way.Kid-friendliness: Nice sturdy tables and chairs for the little ones to sit at the tables; there are no booths.Wheelchair accessibility: All code standards are in place and the dining area is easily navigational.

I hate to write anything bad about IMO's because I love it so much!! But we picked up our pizza from the Kirkwood location and found not one, not two, but 3 long hairs in it! I called the store (not to ask for my money back) but to inform them of the error so they could correct it on future orders, and the male on the other end of the phone said 'okay' and the hung up on me!

Ordered a hot roast beef and cheese sandwich, french fries and half size house salad. Delivery time as promised. Food packaging was impressive. Everything tasted good. Delivery driver was courteous. Enough food for two meals.
