I placed an online order and the wait time was 20 mins. I get to the location early and they were very busy. I went to the counter after 45 mins and was told that it would be another 15 mins before it would be ready. II would have been out of there in 15 mins if I would have just ordered in the line and then tell them at the end it was done online. The workers were trying the manager kept telling people it was because corporate offered deals today without any notice to the local branch so they didn't have staff. Horrible experience especially since there is no way to cancel on the app once you see the time your order will be done.

I have a funny feeling that the customer actually does not care about any of these reviews. My work mate and I just picked up two sandwiches and within 30 minutes I was throwing up. My work mate as well is crazy sick to his stomach but has not thrown up yet. The place was filthy. The instructions on my order were completely ignored. Everyone was moving so slow at rush hour. It was painful to watch. The floor was covered with food. The station looked like it was not wiped down all morning. No eye contact no smiling no nothing. I felt like I was their pain in the back. I feel the owner is copying and pasting all his apologies for such a horrible store. I will never go to that store again. Love me some Jerseys mikes for sure but this place has to shut down for health concerns. This place is NOT FRESH AT ALL.

horrible service, a male and a female were all on eachother and took 5 minutes just to take our order and asked us to repeat are orders 4 times. they were moving as slow as a turtle. the girl had a visor on and her hair was still down and dangling over the food. do not recommend this location at all

I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s website for a work lunch, and when my food arrived (DoorDash delivery) 3 bags of chips were missing. I called the store, and the manager asked for the address and hand delivered the chips!
I was so impressed by the customer service there, as I was greeting new hires and wouldn’t have been able to leave to grab the missing items from the restaurant. Not too many restaurants would do that; most will tell you to drive up and grab the missing items, or contact corporate for a coupon/refund. This was the best option and I am very happy with how the situation was handled here.
They continue to amaze me on how good their food is
