Walked in and tried to place an order, the kid working told me twice I had to place my order by the meat fridge…..I was reading the menu board and was the only person in the store other than the two kids working. The kid with his hair flipped all over the top of his visor (wondering why he flipped all his hair up and out over the bill of the visor….isn’t the point of the hat to keep the hair tucked underneath it?) gave off the impression that he didn’t want to be working there. I walked right out and am typing this as I’m about to give a different restaurant $40.

Ordered an online order and didn’t notice a long time period before order was supposed to be ready. Get to the store and they tell me such. So I wait. Eventually after seeing many people get thru the line in shop, I decide to get on line myself so they could start making my sandwich. They told me no, go wait over there for pickup orders. I stood in front of cashier to just cancel my order completely, but the guy repeatedly ignored me. Another employee finally started making my sandwich, all in all an almost 40 minute ordeal. Terrible customer service.

Waited, waited, waited, waited some More. Then she finally comes up to ask us our order only to be told we have to wait again because she had to make an order for one of the delivery services. What happened to taking care of the customer in front of you? The delivery service person wasn’t even there yet. ! I finally just left with out ordering.

Ordered on their app from home. I was going to be in the area in about a half hour and I was able to plan the pick up accordingly to this timeframe. The #7 Turkey and Provolone. It was dubbed the TikTok sandwich at last year. Great sandwich and I get it “Mike’s Way” on Rosemary Parmesan. The staff here are awesome and the store is always busy. One of my favorite locations to come to!

Ordered a catering box and there was a misunderstanding about standard toppings v. requested additional toppings (pickles, peppers, condiments) on the side - instead ALL toppings were put on the side, effectively making full sandwich construction necessary for each person other than the meat, maybe cheese, and bun - not very convenient for our guests. The manager (I assume) offered to fix it despite the inconvenience for the staff and delay for other customers, which was not only the right thing to do, but was greatly appreciated service which seems far too rare these days. Subs were great, especially that rosemary bun which adds a nice punch of flavor.

Ordered three wraps along with another sandwich that were each different. After waiting for my food the guy gives me the three wraps but didn’t mark which one was which. When I asked if he could cut them so I knew, he lied and said it’s company policy to longer cut hot wraps. I called another location who said that wasn’t true. Next time will make the drive to De Pere location.
Order in the app for pickup. Service was a bit slow but understandable when you have rush hour lunch and not enough employees. Food was amazing also had a buy one get one free coupon.

I really keep trying because I love jersey mikes, and this location is perfect for when I’m on the way home from work. The food is as to be expected, pretty good. The service on the other hand is horrible. If the workers were not obviously out of highschool you would think they were hired right out the the highschool across the street. I always place online orders with hope to be able to grab and go home, this is rarely the case. Many times have I came in 15-20 minutes after the order was placed and it is still sitting on Que line. As I sit here and type this review I am waiting on my order that I placed over 30 minutes ago. Instead of complete Ong my order I watched them serve everyone who walked in much after me with no online order. I never right reviews but this is ridiculous. Would recommend any other jersey mikes but this one. At least the food tastes better after they make u wait for it.
