I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s website for a work lunch, and when my food arrived (DoorDash delivery) 3 bags of chips were missing. I called the store, and the manager asked for the address and hand delivered the chips!

I was so impressed by the customer service there, as I was greeting new hires and wouldn’t have been able to leave to grab the missing items from the restaurant. Not too many restaurants would do that; most will tell you to drive up...

First time at this location today. They were very busy, but the workers were rocking through the line. My order was given to me in minutes, made perfectly. The employees on that shift deserve huge cuddos.
