The bald AA man with the football jersey was screaming at another worker, while i assume the manager, a larger woman with a Spider-Man tattoo on her neck, was doubling down and hurling insults. I’ll never be back. Rude

20 minutes I sat at curbside and FINALLY went in, food still wasn’t done. When I questioned they had excuses after excuses and were RUDE!!

Went here twice, two separate occasions giving another chance. When I went there the first time before work I ordered online with code, I went to get something “quick” to eat I was asked to pull forward and wait for my French fries for about 15 minutes. And when I got them I didn’t even get a “we’re sorry for that wait” nothing, I’m not sure why I waited that long after ordering 10ish minutes previously. Then the second time I went a couple hours before close, and on the app I ordered a cheeseburger and happy meal for my kids. They forgot my cheeseburger so I went back around and got a cheeseburger with a bunch of different condiments I didn’t order. The system was bad and the workers were rude and uncaring.

I saw two employees one was a manager coming to the very front window where the food is hand out.
I can clearly see that she is new and is not being trained properly or whatsoever.
It was extremely busy the order taker was not taking orders for over 26 minutes.
And when i get to the window i see this bald black guy with a football shirt scolding this sweet little girl at the window telling her she is encharged of asking what have people order to tell people at the kitchen and i know thats not how we ba-ra-pa-pa-pa... I wasnt loving it neither the 13 cars that drove away if i didnt had order it on the phone i would've driven off too. And if i was that girl I would've quit right there....
Fix your store and stop blaming your failures on the new people that arent encharged or ringing the food. Thats why nobody wants to work for this company.
Im glad i left.

McDonald’s sees me a lot, but there is an AMAZING staff member named Sheena and she brightens my day anytime I pull up. She’s kind, very personable, and incredibly efficient at her job. Honestly, the kindest staff I’ve encountered. If you’re in the area, say hi to my girl Sheena!!

I keep wanting it to be a good location, so I keep trying every once in a while and then I'm disappointed again. :( it's just so close to my house, ugh.
This time I ordered a large value meal and when she handed me the bag I glanced in, the fries container did not look very full but of course I wasn't gonna say anything right there with people behind me. So I closed up the bag to keep the heat in like I always do, and when I got home sat down and finally opened the bag I was pissed. It was so obviously under filled. I'm not pissed over a few fries. I'm pissed because I absolutely hate being taken advantage of, and that's what it feels like at this location every time. So I guess I'm also pissed at myself for trying again.

The pics are exactly how they came out of the bag, no I didn't eat any fries on the way home lol.

Some guy named Joseph that hands out the food was EXTREMELY rude with an ugly attitude while handing me my order and after while I’m placing my drinks in the cup holder and hand me my food begins to snap his fingers to hurry up and get out like it’s not my fault you don’t enjoy your job. Not the customers fault that your staff is rushing if I could’ve taken a video of this man yall would see how inappropriate he was it’s ridiculous to start off your morning when you’re just trying to get a meal RIDICULOUS he needs to fired. Ugly to all the customers
