Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to with my children. They allow their employees to verbally attack minor children in the play area and act like a fool and not escort their employee out when that happens .. don’t even waste your time talking to the manager or anyone here.. report it to cooperate !!!

Nothing but problems. First time coming here and they were rude. Second time coming I had to repeat myself multiple times. All I had was a mobile order. I pull up to the window. They said they didn’t have it and were trying to get me to leave. Instead of troubleshooting it. Was sitting at the window for 10 min arguing. I had the right location and everything. Instead of getting a manager told me they didn’t have it. Then when they finally did get my order they made me pull up.

I ordered food to eat in, but instead of serving it properly, they mistakenly put it in a DoorDash bag. I waited a long time with my kids before realizing the mistake. This was inconvenient and frustrating, as I expected better organization and attention to detail. I hope they improve their order-handling process to prevent this from happening again.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and this is what i got, thankfully i got the barbecue sauce to dip the nuggets i dont have into
I was shocked to find the entire area, including the children's playground, in a deplorable state of cleanliness. It appears to have been neglected for over a year, with dirt and debris scattered everywhere. The lack of maintenance created an unhygienic environment, which is particularly concerning for a children's area that should prioritize cleanliness and safety.

Never thought I'd write a bad review on one of my hometown restaurants... they rejected an order thru drive thru. Specifically said they'd only accept the order thru door dash, Uber eats or the mobile app. Since I'll never use those apps i guess they they dont want my business. Across the street to taco bell I go.

Since they changed this location has been awful. Today I took my granddaughter in for lunch . I knew better than to stop at this location but figured I'd give it a try. The manager and staff are EXTREMELY RUDE ! You can hear them talking about customers loudly. Out order was wrong and food was cold . I will not be back. .
