My husband and I typically always come to the Kirkwood MOD, and they never disappoint! We are often taken care of by Michael and we love his kindness and energy about meeting the expectations customers have. He's careful to listen to your “create your own pizza” directions and is always smiling. Appreciate the positive and wonderful environment here at Kirkwood MOD!

Absolutely amazing!! Food was so fresh and delicious. The food bar was so clean and full. MARC, KYLIE, AND CHARLIE were absolutely stellar..their friendless, their knowledge about the menu, and their attitudes were something I just had to come rave about. It was a definite 12/10 experience! I felt like I walked right into a MOD Pizza commercial with how friendly, clean, professional, and delicious everything was. Will definitely be back!

The service at this MOD pizza is terrible. I ordered 50 minutes ago and have been waiting for my pizza. Many others have gotten their pizza. Workers were rude, inexperienced, unprofessional. The pizza was good once I got it, but I will not be returning. Do not come here.

My husband and I visited MOD Pizza in Kirkwood for the first time on Saturday night (May 17). We weren’t familiar with the setup, so we stood near the counter to look at the options. We then moved to the line before a couple that came after us even settled into place. Despite this, when it was our turn to order, a young male employee (brown-skinned with a freckle on his face) loudly told us to move back in line, embarrassing us in front of everyone. Even when we tried to explain that we were there first and just didn’t know the process, he kept repeating himself loudly, insisting we must go behind all the customers who came in after us (because we entered the line “the wrong way” despite us being in there first before all the customers) Even the teenage couple behind us said it wasn’t an issue and we can stay—only then did he stop. There was no issue until he created one himself. He embarrassed us in front of everyone and completely ruined our mood and our experience. We won’t be returning. Staff should be trained to assist, not embarrass customers over a non existent issue. Don’t make un necessary problem's and call out customers if everyone was ok!

Walked into the Kirkwood location with a few of my friends at around 8:30. To begin, one of the staff were stacking chairs on the tables as if they were about to close even though they close at 10:00, an hour in a half before closing. We instantly began getting dirty looks from the staff and one went to the kitchen and came out with a women staff member who saw us and instantly put her face in her palm then loudly exclaimed quote “I’m going to crash out” before running back into the kitchen. I instantly felt insulted as a customer and had all of my friends leave before ordering. To the women that was working there at 8:30 that made that remark, I’m sorry your so miserable of the job YOU applied for. Do better.
I love Mod Pizza. It is just so quick and I think their sizing is good. It is just an overall great experience! Would recommend.

Food is always great, but I am immensely confused and put off by the service. I put in a mobile order for pickup. Promised time was 6:55. It's 7:20 and they haven't even pulled up the order yet or started making it. And somehow I'm rude and a jerk for just asking for an update? I wasn't any way about it, just calmly asking for a status update. I have frozen groceries melting in my truck. It's not my fault the kitchen has zero giddy up and go when orders are backed up. It's like they have contempt for their customers. I walked in to a line of at least 20 people who also had been waiting a long time. Employees yelling at each other and arguing behind the counter really adds to the atmosphere.
Edit: Finally got my food. It's missing several of the toppings I ordered and the toppings on there are skimpy. Usually when I order I can't even see the cheese underneath. I'm going to chalk this up to a bad day for MOD. This was an abysmal failure.
