I really wish they would manage the long lines better. Even with so many staff members, it still takes over 15 minutes just to pick up a cake. The packaging is also disappointing — the large cakes come in plain, cheap-looking boxes with no branding, and they don’t even provide a proper bag for the big boxes. It ends up feeling inconvenient and a bit frustrating as a customer.

The treats were a little extra sweet for my liking, but they looked beautiful and were clearly made with care. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Overall, a nice spot to stop by for something pretty and indulgent!

I just moved from Europe to America and I could never find a dessert worthy of my taste. This place literally brought me to the peaks, I said I would definitely come back with every bite I took. And I wonder if there are other branches where I will try all the desserts one by one. As soon as you enter, you feel warm when you see the smiling face of the employees with a warm atmosphere, I definitely recommend it.
