O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Our server was wonderful! But I ordered the strawberries and cream French toast. The menu picture of it was beautiful it had strawberries and strawberry sauce all over it with piles of cream on it. But what I received was 4 half slices of French toast with a small amount of cream swiped on three of the slices and a small amount of strawberry sauce and one whole strawberry on the plate with a slice of cantaloupe. It actually looked as if there had been strawberries on the French toast but they had been picked off. So very disappointed with the food. When I ask if this is what I was supposed to get the server said yes you only get the strawberry on the side. So then they need to change the picture on their menu.

I gave this place a one star because that's the least amount of stars available they truly do not deserve any so my friends were seated orders were taken Our appetizer was forgotten when we asked about it the waiter lied and said it was not cooked properly we waited and waited for our food for about 35 minutes and everything was horribly cooked here's a picture of my salat it was supposed to be a Cobb salad but because she said I ask for a different dressing other than blue cheese which I did not that it did not come with any other additional toppings needless to say I declined it I ask to speak with the manager showed him the food and asked if he would eat it his response was for that price no I would not never mind the price sir this should not be presented to anyone needless to say I will never be back to this location at this point I do not even know if they have a clean kitchen I usually love O Charley's and I am visiting here from out of town but I will not be back to O Charley's

Great atmosphere and Food selection. Service was very attentive but not annoying. Kind of like an Applebees only better, with a more unique flare to the food. I got the lunch cheeseburger and it was huge. Burger was def not a pre-made frozen patty. It was cooked to order with crispy edges and super juicy. Prices where very good. We had the chips and queso app which was only $5.99 for a big portion. Chips where homemade, thick, kettle style. Super delicious. Def recommend.

Stopped at this location for a quick bite on the way through town. I had last been here about 20 years ago but still remember how great the rolls were, so we gave it a shot. I agree with the other comments about slow service, which seems to be an issue with this location. It was dreadfully slow, almost to the point where we needed to ask for a manager to speed thing along. Our waitress finally got the order placed, food served, but we had to ask a couple times for the check. Now, the food itself was pretty good overall. Our group of four got a variety of things and all were excellent, with the exception of the ribs. I had a small slab of ribs included in my combo plate and they were horrible. I'm 95% sure they were just microwaved to heat up and I could hardly get through them with a knife. I'd probably stay away from those but everything else was tasty.

I got the chopped steak to go. When I got home the steak did not have the gravy on it like it said on the menu. Well I ate it like just a hamburger patty. It was OK but I called and told them it had no gravy and was I supposed to ask for the gravy? She said no it was to have brown mushroom gravy over the steak. I said mine didn't. She said...........sorry. I'm not sure I'm going back.
