I came in on a day where it was REALLY busy and a lot was going on. Luckily, I had time to sit and wait for my food. I had ordered ahead and Linda and Kat at the front were was trying to help me find my food. Then, Jacquelyn came over to speak with me and hesitantly told me it could be 15-20 minutes. Told her it was no problem and I had my NYT games to play. She offered me a free drink while I waited, apologized profusely, and checked in whenever they were working on my order. It was a hectic day but the customer service was doing a great job.

Panera ain’t what it used to be despite the fact that this place was loved by my uncle. Not a place to arrive alone without family. The staff can be very strange. All the Panera’s I have visited treated me very strange. However, they treat paying customers superior. Not paying attention to folks who arrive in the restaurant for business meetings and never buy anything. Just don’t be there using the WiFi and not explaining why you’re there if you aren’t purchasing anything yet.

Service is awful do not go here. Waited over 20 minutes for a half sandwich while u watched them slice a bunch of bagels.
Service was great after I asked for help. Old people are used to real people taking orders and not a computer.

The food was excellent, as always, no complaint there… HOWEVER…in using the app for my order, I chose “rapid pick up drive through.” The app showed what appeared to be an orderly way to do rapid pick up through the drive though. I followed the instructions, and came to find out that in order to pick up my food through the drive through, I had to cut off someone in the regular order line. This makes the person picking up their pre ordered food through the drive through look like a self entitled jerk. I am not a self entitled jerk. Furthermore, merging into the order line this way, with no clear direction, also served to block a fire lane. I ended up, following the directions on the app, cutting off a woman in line who had no idea of what I was doing, and also blocking a driver who had decided not to order at the drive through because the line was too long. With the way the drive through is currently configured, “rapid pick up drive through” SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BE AN OPTION.” All this option does is aggravate most of the people waiting to get their food in the drive through. Do better. I expect a lot better. Customer service is key, and if a business cannot provide a good experience for those in the drive through by trying to add convenience for a specific set of customers? That supposed “convenience” is false.

The sausage, egg and asiago breakfast sandwich was disgusting. The grey sausage was obviously microwaved. The egg was very thin. The main component was a thick layer of a mayo substance that overpowered the sandwich. I spit out the first bite and threw the rest of the sandwich away. Mayo was not listed on the menu board at the drive thru or I would have asked for no mayo. I'll never waste my money on breakfast at Bread Co again!

I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, but this wasn't their fault. It seems like an entire catholic high school class got there and placed their orders right before me.
The staff did a FANTASTIC job of making their way through the orders and being polite even though they were dealing with a bunch of teenagers and THREE crummy doordash people who shove their phones in the worker's faces instead of looking at the very well designed order summary board. Kudos to you guys for being cool under pressure. I love getting my daily salad here for lunch!

If there was ever an award for a slowest breadco this one would definitely win it!
I honestly am a huge fan of bread co. Besides their pricing the food is usually great. I will say today I had probably the worst breakfast sandwich probably ever. I had my boyfriend grab me food while I was at work. So, he got me one of my favorites (the bacon and egg croissant). The only thing was my sandwich lacked the croissant…very dissatisfied and a bit taken back since it was a Kirkwood location.
The food seems better prepared here than at other bread company locations like Brentwood and the galleria. Easier on my gut.
