Food is good at reasonable prices, cozy, free wifi for those working over lunch or studying. Everything you would expect from Panera (as its known everywhere else). Very busy place and parking can get tricky with the grocery store sharing the lot. Very affluent neighborhood so dress well or you may get some looks and comments.
I was Cafe #600601 in Kirkwood, MO this morning at 9:25am. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese with an egg white. When I got it, the egg white was cold. Took it back. It was reheated to lukewarm. There was no "I'm sorry, ma'am". When she handed it back to me, she said nothing, didn't even make eye contact. If my friend didn't need to get to work, I would have spoken to the manager. This store is apparently under new management. Before, they were always out of things, orders were wrong...BUT NOW the new people are very customer service oriented, and they have bent over backwards to make sure any issue was resolved. I'm super happy about this, as it is the one that's convenient for me to go to. Thanks for turning this store around Panera!!
