Went there because it was slow the parking lot was empty the drive-thru was dead. Pulled up to the drive-thru and couldn't understand the person taking my order. I believe it was yo yo yo do you want your chicken to go That's probably why I'm in the drive-thru.That is probably why they were dead went to des peres location. It was packed My order was taken in a professional manner.

Chicken strips are minuscule now. They are so small, you don’t get enough for what you pay for.

Well trained employees sounds professional for a fast food place. Been here twice no issues but forgot my extra cane sauce but other than that it's a good place!

Your standard raising canes location. The food you receive is always great. More times than not my order is quick, hot and correct. But lately, the consistency is declining and I’m not receiving my food in full or correctly. Unfortunately, the last few visits I have been shorted on strips, Texas toast, and extra sauce I paid for. With prices being high to begin with, this is unacceptable. At $16 average for a chicken strip meal, I EXPECT to receive my full order at absolute bare minimum. Please improve the training and quality check of your employees. Idk if I’ll be back to this location unless I’m reimbursed for all the food missing in my orders.

My whole meal was cold. Nothing in it was warm at all. I even got two sandwiches combos for myself and wife and both combos were cold. That’s my first time ordering at this location and last time.

My husband, son and I went through the drive thru on Nov. 1st 2024. The food we ordered was okay. I got the 4 piece box of chicken strips that came with coleslaw, crinkle fries, and Texas toast. Best part was the chickenstrips with the Cane's sauce to dip them in. The coleslaw wasn't very good and for some reason came with 2 lids on it; the top lid was dirty like it'd been used to cover coleslaw but the lid below that was actually touching the coleslaw was clean so I ate it. My husband ordered the same meal and his was fine. He had the same opinion on the taste of his coleslaw. My son ordered a chicken strip sandwich meal and he seemed to enjoy his. Seems like the chicken strips have shrunk in size from my memory of eating at Raising Cane's a year ago. The teenager taking our order was pleasant enough but a bit hard to understand because they were giggling about something another employee was saying while taking our order. We did receive everything we ordered, which was nice as that doesn't happen real often when going thru the drive thru at places lately.
