The bowl was basically tasteless. They clearly add too much milk to the base mix which removes a lot of flavor. Speaking of milk, the bowl I ordered said it came with my choice of milk but they charge an extra dollar for everything but skim milk. It doesn’t say that anywhere on their menu. I just found out when I ordered something else. You also can’t build your own bowl. You can only substitute. But substituting just removes something and they charge you for an extra ingredient.
TLDR - Flavorless, over priced, and lack of transparency.

We were really excited to try the acai bowls. We ordered 2 different acai bowls and 2 smoothies. Disappointment is an understatement. The person working seemed very confused and missed half of the ingredients. What a complete rip off and joke.

I really wanted to eat here today ti celebrate my daughters graduation. The sign on the door says open from 8am to 7pm, but the door is locked. It's now noon. No other signage on the doors or windows.

Such a great option for something fast, healthy, and filling. All natural fruits and can add a variety of supplements to your bowl or smoothie. It’s like subway but for smoothies and fruit bowls. It’s awesome!

My first time having a smoothie bowl was in Puerto Rico and I fell in love. Of course I searched for a place when I got home. This was my first time into Rush and my bowl was delicious. The young lady working was very nice and helpful. It was very clean inside. I will definitely be coming back!

Just ordered two bowls there and they told me they have no fresh fruit to put on top?? just two bowls of the most bland acai “blend”. What a rip off! I’m so angry right now that I paid that amount of money. Unbelievable.I will NEVER ever return to a rush bowl again.

Went in around 9:49 am. The woman ignored me. Then I asked about the pup bowls & asked if I could get certain ingredients & she said they were pre-made. I then asked what was in them. She stood there & looked at me with a blank facial expression. I waited & she said I think banana. Then she said I don't know what's in them. She didn't offer to look it up. I said we'll since you don't know I'm going to leave & I walked out. Bad attitudes are so pathetically sad!!! Happens way too often! If you don't want to help people go get a job as a trash truck driver. First time I experienced this at this location.

Went to rush bowls this morning right before they opened! The wonderful gal serving me let me in right at 8 am and made me a wonderful yogi bowl and I added Nutella, banana and Grahm crackers. It was delicious! Granola was a topping that came with it and they gave a very generous amount (almost too much for me!) and the Nutella was also definitely over 2 tbspn! The honey was drizzled on top and the Grahm crackers were also a decent portion. My bowl was just shy of $15 which was a little pricey but it was definitely delicious!!! I have a 4 star for atmosphere because I was so thankful they had outdoor seating, but inside it appeared like the people who closed had not swept the floor the night before. I wouldn’t have wanted to eat inside. But overall the woman who served me was very friendly for early in the morning and my bowl was delicious! Thank you, Rush Bowl!

Really had high hopes, but fell short. I ordered the Green RX smoothie with two boosts. Unfortunately, it was the blandest, flavorless smoothie I’ve ever had. It was basically an icy flavored water (and that’s being generous). For $12, I was definitely disappointed and based on the quality:price ratio, I would be hesitant to give this place another try. Not sure what went wrong in the making of it or if their proportions are just way off. On the upside, the staff was welcoming and nice.

Went here last week and the open sign was off, lights were off, but there were people inside so we tried the door and they weren't closed. Neat! The inside smelled weird, like a wet bathroom. We ordered and got our smoothie bowls, mine was missing a chocolate topping, but with the smell and no lights I just wanted to leave. We ate outside, and after a couple hours, we were feeling pretty nauseous. Not sure if it was the smoothies or the smelly air inside, but we were just fine before we came here, and then spent the rest of the afternoon/evening feeling sick to our stomachs.
