ordered two drinks and they both came back with literally only ice in there and a very very small drink to the point you couldn’t even see the drink. Then the girl acted like she wasn’t gonna give us our change back. and when she finally did, it was incorrect, and had a gross when we said something about the drinks only being mainly ice and we had change she was suppose to give back.

The customer service was great. The number one double smash was amazing. There’s just one guy that always takes my order and he’s super nice. I always come here and the food is just fresh and delicious.

As a spark driver I often need breakfast and on multiple occasions this location has refused to take my order. The morning staff, his name is Derrick, will take your order depending on his mood, so be careful. This morning I pulled in the drive thru and no one answered so I assumed the sensor was down. The franchise owner is lazy refuses to provide the most basic upkeep on the facility. After waiting about 8 minutes, I went to a stall and pressed the button. There were two workers, on of whom was Derrick. Both saw my car but neither responded. Derrick even came outside, emptied the trash from the night before but never even acknowledged me nor even told me if they were late opening. I recieved a delivery order for Walmart and had to leave. Im surprised this location is still open due to the franchise owners lack up basic upkeep and maintenance. One would think the shareholders of Sonic would hold franchise owners to a higher standard than they do, but I guess I'm wrong. This location either needs to be closed and demolished or Sonic needs to seize this location from the franchise owner and make it an actual corporate location. Back when I delivered for Doordash and Uber Eats this was a major issue unless it was in the afternoon, but this location is a desperate state of disrepair and I can only imagine what a food inspector would find if they did a snap inspection. May be I should call the county and have them come out.

Last month ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plain. Got it without bacon asked where the bacon is and she brings me out 2 pieces of bacon in a cup. So tonight I tried again and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plain and I got a double cheeseburger with everything on it except bacon. Why is it so difficult to get what I pay for? I am done going to this place.

Sat in a spot deciding what to order. Figured it out and pushed the button. I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. After several minutes of seeing our hearing nothing i decided there wasn't anything I couldn't live without and left.

I ordered a medium onion ring and I received 7 of the smallest onion rings that I have ever seen. Definitely not worth the money!
This location continues to struggle with any amount of customers. The three times I've chosen to give this location a chance myself and other customers were not served in a timely manner. Whether you sit in the drive thru, pull up kiosk, or sit down outside. Expect and plan to wait longer than any place surrounding it

Came around 10:50PM for drinks. The service was slow, as we were the only cars there. We placed our order for 2 drinks and it took 15 minutes. They forgot about our order and we had to go ask the guy taking the trash out if they could make our drinks… they didn’t apologize to us and it was super rude.
