Very clean place, and the servers are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The café also has a great view and is an excellent spot for studying since it’s very quiet and plays soft classical music. Our order was somehow mixed up, but they fixed it quickly and politely, again with a smile. The staff here are truly kind and absolutely wonderful!

We love their product and buy their espresso beans for home and the last few years have enjoyed almost every Starbucks store we visited. I come into town on business a few times a year and this location by far is a favorite. It's fairly large. Staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is nice, pretty quiet. And their products are just consistently good. When my husband comes with me, this is our hangout. We are grateful to have a reliable place like this to sit and visit, have good coffee and snack and play Wordle, read the paper, a book, etc. Thank you Starbucks Kirkwood!

I recently visited the Starbucks on Kirkwood Rd in downtown Kirkwood, Missouri, and I was thoroughly impressed. The manager, Alyssa, is exceptionally professional and present, leading her team with grace and efficiency. Even during the morning rush hours, the staff, including new faces, work in perfect unison, creating a seamless and pleasant experience for customers.
The entire ambience is welcoming and pleasant, making it a great spot to start the day. Alyssa's high level of detail, customer care, and methodical approach to accuracy and efficient delivery is truly commendable. It's clear she takes her job seriously and leads by example, often supporting her team with positive energy and subtle enthusiasm.
It's inspiring to see a manager who not only excels in her role but also uplifts her team and ensures a top-notch experience for every customer. Kudos to Alyssa and her fantastic team for their hard work and dedication!
You can buy the Missouri and St. Louis Been there series. The chai tea latte was so bad that I asked them to make it again, and they made it delicious again, which was very kind. It seems like a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended
