I recently visited the Starbucks on Kirkwood Rd in downtown Kirkwood, Missouri, and I was thoroughly impressed. The manager, Alyssa, is exceptionally professional and present, leading her team with grace and efficiency. Even during the morning rush hours, the staff, including new faces, work in perfect unison, creating a seamless and pleasant experience for customers.
The entire ambience is welcoming and pleasant, making it a great spot to start the day. Alyssa's high level of detail, customer care, and methodical approach to accuracy and efficient delivery is truly commendable. It's clear she takes her job seriously and leads by example, often supporting her team with positive energy and subtle enthusiasm.
It's inspiring to see a manager who not only excels in her role but also uplifts her team and ensures a top-notch experience for every customer. Kudos to Alyssa and her fantastic team for their hard work and dedication!
You can buy the Missouri and St. Louis Been there series. The chai tea latte was so bad that I asked them to make it again, and they made it delicious again, which was very kind. It seems like a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

I had bad experience. They delivered half cup and when I told them they suggested to get new other order! I ordered pistachios late, but they gave me regular late with no pistachios!

After a Saturday morning shopping in a busy store, my family capped off the busy lines of Target with beverages. The line was quick, service polite and prompt.We ordered a Salted Carmel Creme Cold Brew, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Creme Frappuccino and a Peach Green Tea Lemonade. A usual order for my family of late, the quality was consistent with other Starbucks of late: bright, fresh drinks made to order. The foams were thick and liquids rich.This is a great spot to top off your Kirkwood shopping day.
Parking: It's inside the Target with an open parking lot. Easiest Target lot in St.louis.
Kid-friendliness: Target = family friendly. The Starbucks inside is definitely used to crowds and a loud environment. It's a good stop for your family.
Wheelchair accessibility: Target is open and so is Starbucks. The entrance to the restaurant is not cluttered with obstacles. The seating area is equally accessible with movable tables and chairs. Get your roll on.

This location is totally overrun with dozens of middle school children after about 3 PM every day, about half order something, and most of them shout over each other to be heard. As a result there are few tables it's deafening unless an employee says something, which is rare. One employee told me they've had to call the police a few times it gets so bad, but otherwise they can't do anything about it. I can. I'll go somewhere else from now on.
