I have been going to this location for a long time. I love the employees, they are great. But there is a new manager there now. And she wants to upcharge everybody's drinks that doesn't want water or ice in them. I've been getting my teas like that for years and now all of a sudden, this lady thinks she can come in and change the rules. This is not a Starbucks rule. This is the manager's rule. The last time I was in there in October. I went to pick up my tea and I only had half a tea and I asked him why and they told me about the new manager that if you do not get water or ice, you only get a half a cup, ,whenever you're drinking

This a very nice Starbucks the staff was great. They were fast and professional as well as friendly. I had a very pleasant experience. I worked on my laptop while there. When it was close to closing time the young man was VERY polite when letting me know they would be closing in 10 minutes. I will definitely be back!
