DONT come here these people are tapping themselves if you don’t notice or take ur receipt. I got a 6 inch sandwich which I know after tax is about 6-7$ they were trying to tip themselves 13$. I will never pay with my phone or card again! And you shouldn’t either. Then they tried to gaslight me and say I clicked the tip!! This is insane I’m speak to hr about this cause who knows how many people they are doing this too.!!

I am not usually the one to complain, I understand that businesses get busy and quality and times can slip, but today was a disappointment to say the least. I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store a few minutes before it said I’d be ready ( it said I’d be 30 minutes before it would be ready when I ordered) . I walked in and waited in line behind two people which took about 10 minutes my app then said the order was ready. I proceeded to see the employee give free items to the two people in front of me. When I came to the front of the line I told her I had a mobile order and she said I’d need to sit down and wait as she hasn’t started it yet. I ended up getting my food 20 minutes after the app said it was ready and a whole hour after an originally ordered it, I was not even given a sorry for the wait!

I went in for a sandwich to carry out. The worker took the pre-portioned meat tray & used his bare hands to put 1/2 the meat portion in my sandwich, & 1/2 back in the tray. He repeated this with the fresh vegetables, with the bare hand and w/o washing or getting gloves. I left the sandwich and walked out.
