If you want your order made right don’t go to this Taco Bell!! I go to it often as I work right up the street. The amount of times the kitchen has messed my order up is almost absurd. I order the same thing every single time I’m here and it’s different almost every time

I frequent this Taco Bell, and almost every time I’m here there’s an issue. More often than not there is something missing from my order. Staff is incredibly unfriendly, the man taking my payment and giving me my food did not say one single word to me throughout the whole transaction. No hello, no thank you, didn’t even telling me what my total was. Just looked at me with disgust. I am not a person who writes bad reviews but I suggest hiring people who can handle customer service and maybe be able to fulfill a 4 item order without forgetting something.

AVOID this location at all costs. It’s a complete coin toss as to whether they’ll get your order correct. Ordered a nachos bell grande with no beans and a side of caliente sauce. First the caliente sauce wasn’t in the bag. Next, not only did they put beans on my order, they put chicken on it too (see closely in photo) which WASN'T supposed to be on it at all. Will never use this location again.

The workers were nice and professional, but I ask for fresh nacho fries and I didn’t get that. I got some old fries. The cheese was hot, but it started to taste weird. I ordered two soft burritos (without meat) but didn’t eat them, because I threw up the fries and cheese. Idk how many time Taco Bell food gave me food poisoning. My stomach is so sore. I don’t drink sodas, but I had to buy two sodas and pb to help my stomach. It’s just time for me to stop eating at Taco Bell and restaurants period. 😔😞

You pay to get sick
I specifically asked for no beans in my burrito, and I even double-checked my receipt, which confirmed "no beans." However, when I took a bite, there were beans inside. I let it slide, thinking maybe it was a mistake, but ever since eating at Taco Bell, I’ve been severely sick. I can’t stomach anything, and to make matters worse, I had to go to work feeling absolutely miserable. It's now been a second day and I'm still feeling very sick. I truly believe that I got food poisoning. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this location. Definitely won’t be coming back.
This Taco Bell sells cold burritos with little to no meat. Ordering here is also a pain.

We decided to dine in and waited 30 minutes for our food and it still wasn't done... then the girl with the pink hair look at us crazy when we said we wanted a refund
The meat just keeps getting worse. I didn’t finish the taco I got. Save your dollars… go somewhere else.

Cashier was rude, burrito was cold, and beans were dried up.
Ordered food online for pickup ASAP while 20 minutes away. Drive thru was not speaking to cars in line.
After waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone they said they needed 10 to 15 minutes to prepare our simple order.
In this day and age, this is garbage. Every car that went through the drive thru left without buying anything. If you're the franchise, fire your night staff ASAP. Worthless.
