Waiting for the food is to be expected. The disappointment from getting the wrong food is manageable only if someone would have checked after the food was delivered. After requesting someone find our wait staff, he apologized and asked if the dish could be replaced. I said no thank you. Asked for the bill so we could leave. If you are sat out of the way, the service is lacking.

My Husband and I came in for date night. Dinner was fantastic. Our server Arelle was absolutely fantastic. Personable, quick. Just absolutely phenomenal. The manager Lilly came by and was also amazing!! Overall we will definitely be back!

They always leave a food item out. Their food cost way too much to be expecting a customer to drive all the way back and wait for their food to get cold just so they can make another order of what was left out. This has happened one too many times at this location so I won’t be ordering anymore from here.

I went by myself, no wife or son and I was treated differently. First, staff needs to lay off the lousy perfume and cologne. It STINKS AND IS OFFENSIVE!! My sinuses hurt like he'll afterwards. Highly recommend waitstaff actually write orders down AND REPEAT IT BACK! Order pri.e rib medium well and got ultra rare. Ma ager apologized but it truly felt hollow.

Earlier this week we went for lunch and our waitress was Zoey and she was ABSOLUTELY SWEET and THE BEST waitress we have ever had in a restaurant and she always checked to see if we needed anything. Always made sure we had refills and that our food was made exactly how we ordered it. She is what makes the PERFECT person in the restaurant business because she never seemed like helping us was a problem. We will ALWAYS ask for her to be our waitress and if she is not there we will leave or call first to see if she working. THIS GIRL DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE AND IF THERE WAS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR IT WOULD GO TO HER HANDS DOWN.

Visited the Texas Roadhouse tonight in Kirkwood Missouri. The food was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the service was amazing even though they were very busy ! Our server (Isabelle k ) was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient ! A great experience all the way around!

Country fried sirloin has the most gristle i have ever had in a sirloin. And the waitress after noticing me eat only a few bites befpre giving up quickly brought us our bill with no questions about the quality of the food. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone..

We asked our server THREE TIMES for a second round of bread yet still never got any more bread other than what was seated at the table with us. And then when this one song came on the servers apparently wanted to dance to, they cranked the music to max volume and it was PHYSICALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. There was literally no reason for the music to be that loud other than to interrupt conversations people are trying to have and to give children and more sensitive folks physically discomfort.
