WILL NEVER BE RETURNING .This was my first experience at a Texas road house, I experienced a rude host upon arriving. The waiter, Ethan, was absolutely great, but the food service was extremely slow. I waited 2 hours for my food and ultimately requested for my food Togo because I had waited for so long. Still gave my waiter a nice tip and requested the manager . The manager was nonchalant about my concerns and didn’t resolve any issues. I requested contact info for the general manager and Tosha came to my table invalidating my experience and concerns and refused to resolve the matter.I paid for my meal, left a tip, and never took a bite of my food. I had to leave with my food in a Togo bag on a first experience with Texas Road house.Over all loud environment, slow service, and unprofessional management.

I ordered online. The confirmation told me it’d be ready by 6:57. Got there at 7 and it wasn’t ready. Made me feel some kind of way. These fools need to learn how to”under promise and over deliver. Don’t tell me to show up and wait. Get the time right.

The parking lot was overcrowded and people were waiting outside to get inside so we left the St. Charles location and went to the Kirkwood location where we walked inside to a short line and long wait. The parking lot was full so we parked on an adjacent lot. They should consider expanding the lots. Otherwise there was a 30 minute wait but the food was delicious and the portions were large enough for leftovers. I ordered the grilled shrimp and rice with a Ceasars salad and loaded baked potato. My husband ordered ribs, steak with veggies and hot wings as an appetizer. We enjoyed the food and everything was freshly cooked and the rolls and butter was also delicious. The services was great and the restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. We look forward to returning soon.

Water was dripping down the wall and splashing on our backs making a giant gross puddle on the floor at table #315. Told manager but weren't offered to switch tables or a towel or anythingThree steaks order, two cooked very wrong. Server had to come to the table 4 times to keep editing the check before we were finally able to pay.The food that was correct was good, just not very appetizing eating in a puddle.
We ended up waiting for a hour & a half because they mixed me up with someone who also had my name.. so highly suggest telling them your first and last name, because we waited double what we were supposed to. The food and service is why I’m giving this 5 starts. Angie our server was an absolute showstopper. She crushed it and completely turned our experience around. She was very thorough and consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was correct and tasted good. She was absolutely awesome & we will be returning just because of her!! Hopefully we can even request her, keep up the good work Angie it didn’t go unnoticed and you made our evening!!
