At first they had a crew at night that was horrible. I reported them and every since every shift is very respectful and has great customer service. The morning crew has always been good. Its clean as well

I often have a good experience here. However sometimes there are not so good experiences. The ladies on shift the morning of Veterans Day were pleasant and speedy. However i was asked if i wanted pickles on my order when there wasn't an indication i didn't want them. Please just stick to the order as placed in the app and make things easier for all... Good job otherwise

I visited today and the Kirkwood Team gave me EXCELLENT customer service!!! I had a 4 hour drive home (that's the closest to my house) after visiting STL for a concert. I always hit up WC whenever I'm near one. The Team took extra care with my Crave Case and wrapped each slider extra for the journey home. They even wrote a sweet note on the box wishing me safe travels!!!! Thank you Team Kirkwood - you really made my day!!!!!😎❤️

Ginger and Carmen have both been Great to me recently. There were a few bumps on the journey to this review but here we are. The Food is great and the people are real people not auto-pilot employees.
I was even able to recover my mother's Mobile phone. After she left behind in the womens bathroom. Kudos Team! And whoever had the good integrity to turn it in. You'll get your blessing and this White castle will get more business
