At first they had a crew at night that was horrible. I reported them and every since every shift is very respectful and has great customer service. The morning crew has always been good. Its clean as well
I often have a good experience here. However sometimes there are not so good experiences. The ladies on shift the morning of Veterans Day were pleasant and speedy. However i was asked if i wanted pickles on my order when there wasn't an indication i didn't want them. Please just stick to the order as placed in the app and make things easier for all... Good job otherwise
I visited today and the Kirkwood Team gave me EXCELLENT customer service!!! I had a 4 hour drive home (that's the closest to my house) after visiting STL for a concert. I always hit up WC whenever I'm near one.
The Team took extra care with my Crave Case and wrapped each slider extra for the journey home.
They even wrote a sweet note on the box wishing me safe travels!!!!
