Let me start by saying the White Castle app sucks. First, it doesn't update your location, so I've made the mistake of ordering to the wrong one. I've also had it cancel my rewards in the past, but today it didn't make it clear that my reward of a free side item was only valid for 15 minutes after I hit the button. On top of that, it was also only valid "at castle" (so I couldn't place a mobile order with it). I was planning on going to WC after...
Staff was friendly and attentive to us. However it was off-putting when the manager discussed hour cuts of one employee in front of customers and a different employee. Compared to Krystals. The burgers were nothing but a soggy bun and sweet onions. Fries weren't horrible but we're nothing to write home about.
We are not from the area and always heard about these sliders. It was a sub-average experience from a fast food experience. The wait time was long, the staff was overworked and not staffed properly. The tables were not clean, but hey the burgers had a unique taste ( in a good way). I guess if you are craving it, this place is ok.
