I’ve been here for the last 2 years and one thing I can say after working at places like this most of my life is this place really has been nickle and diming lately, they don’t have regular cones, so people who want cones have to pay an addition 1.49 or you just get a big ol cup that’s some plastic which is nice. Also the milkshake prices went up. Nothing like a $7 milkshake.

We used to love going here to get ice cream but for the last several months they never have the flavor that we want and they never have waffle cones anymore. Tired of coming here just to get disappointed everytime

Weird experience asking for 2 scoops of icecream in a cup, something I've done a few times and then be told that its against the rules very aggressively. Turned into them saying they would call a manager on the phone just for asking a question and saying a big deal was being made multiple times. It's just a weird thing to argue about. I ask for the cup so I don't have to hold a cone while I'm driving. Hopefully this rule can be... removed I guess? So that I can also get caramel in my icecream which is also against the rules to put caramel on icecream with a cone? Also super weird thing to argue about. Its icecream, why do we have icecream rules?
We love B&G! But for the love of everything good PLEASE get lids for your kid scoops! I don’t even care if you charge me for a lid I just don’t want ice cream dripping in my car on the way home. We love all the flavor options and the cheese cake is amazing!
