Have visited multiple times and the coffee is well above average. Not always easy to find a place that makes traditional cappuccino! In my experience, Sknob's cortados and breve cappuccinos are consistently of excellent quality.

We traveled almost three hours to the this coffee shop specifically. I had searched for unique latte art and this one came up. The girl that did the specific art no longer works there so another employee said he would try his best. It was worth the drive. Tasted delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and everyone had a smile on their face.

Coffee Sknobs is definitely the café to visit if you're in this part of Missouri. You will get a pretty consistent coffee when you visit with one variation being certain baristas will always give you your coffee in a take away cup even if you request a mug.
My personal drink of choice is a flat white. Unfortunately here Sknobs doesn't quite deliver. Most of their flat whites are served with no foam at all which is a common misconception in & around Missouri. A good flat white will have a small amount of micro foam on the surface. If your drink spills very easily when picked up then your milk likely isn't very stable.
Occasionally my flat white will have the proper amount of foam (rarely), but once again the milk is very unstable which means the foam will disappear after sitting only a minute or two.
Over all I can make do with the coffee here and I occasionally get a great cup of coffee! I just wouldn't say I get a great cup of coffee more than once a month. The staff is super kind and polite and the atmosphere is great & I will definitely keep visiting regularly!

YES!!!! YOU SHOULD GO TO COFFEE SKNOBS! I ordered the quiche based off of a quick scan of breakfast places in the area on google and I now understand why it was so highly recommended! D E L I C I O U S! Walking through the door I immediately felt “at home” warm, inviting, comforting atmosphere and the young women working are are all beautiful with smiles and personalities that match! All were so kind and patient and willing to answer all my questions, even offered recommendations for coffee flavors. Carmel, maple, cinnamon macchiato will be a go to for me now! Hopefully I won’t be too disappointed attempting to replicate it somewhere else 😔 I’m from Indiana… I should add that even the fellow patrons were also very kind, one gentlemen kindly guided me with the “what to know”s and how to order before finding a comfy place to relax and enjoy a book from the book shelf while I waited!

This coffee shop is amazing in many ways. First the coffee is outstanding, the beans are roasted the right way with a lot of flavor and consistency. Second the place is beautiful, charming, eclectic and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff is top notch. I drove from Columbia SC to Knob Noster MO to visit my family and I was worried about finding a good coffee shop. What a blessing to find this gem right there in town. I was there for ten days and visited the shop five times. Every time exceeded my expectations. Too many details from the food to the drinks. This place is special. This is a must visit if you are in the area.
Ummm… this place is SO CUTE! The coffee is amazing, food and bakery is fresh and healthy, the inside is modern and extremely clean and the staff are beyond wonderful. 10/10.
