Normally this is the McDonald’s I prefer because their food tends to be hot and fresh. I went thru today 05/21 at 10:53 am and ordered a 2b which is a QTR PNDR w cheese and bacon with a large fry and large sweet tea and a mcchicken w light lettuce. I had to pull forward and wait 10 mins for my food. When I drove the 5 mins back to my house and sat down to eat my food was cold and my 2b didn’t have bacon. I called 2 times and my call was declined. Called from a different phone the third time and the call went thru, to which the employee had NOTHING but attitude to give. I asked a question and she responded w sass and then when I asked her to lose her tone she then proceeded to get louder and more disrespectful. I asked her and I quote. “So ma’am, without the attitude, am I able to come up and get a new HOT AND FRESH meal?” Line was silent other than background noise. I said “HELLOOOO!?” To which she started screaming at me. I told her to stop yelling because my reaction was appropriate and she screamed “I’m not yelling !!!” I said “ma’am you’re not even letting me get a word out. Stop screaming. I know your manager and I’ll handle this. I asked a simple question and all you had to offer was sass. You signed up for this job and now you’re unwilling to uphold your end.” She hung up somewhere along the last sentence after she finally stopped yelling at me. I’ve been in contact with the manager and it will be handled. This is mainly for a paper trail on that employee, I don’t anticipate she’ll be there too long.

Never been inside, only ever used the drive-thru, but I've never had a bad experience here. I prefer this McD's over pretty much any other fast food restaurant in Warrensburg, it seems cleaner to me. Will continue to go for as long as it doesn't go downhill, or until I move to another state.

Staff sound like they are in a good mood, haven't received a messed up order, food is actually put together instaid of slapped in a box, fries are also properly cooked and salted

I don't know what is so hard about getting an order correct the order was as follows two McChicken sandwiches two McDoubles and two plain cheeseburgers a medium fry a large fry and two drinks. what we got was one McChicken without lettuce two McDoubles with the special sauce crap on it and one more McDouble. I have no idea what is so hard about getting orders correct!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No matter what time of the day you come to this location they always ask you to pull forward to one of the reserved drive through spots and the shortest wait I've had is 10 minutes. This is despite the fact we almost always order ahead. Tonight, we ordered almost 20 minutes ahead of time and were told to pull ahead to a drive through spot and waited 15 minutes. Our order was still incorrect and we had to go back inside to retrieve our missing food... which took another 10 minutes to resolve. Meanwhile,, others were inside complaining of missing items, too. If there were other options closer I'd never set foot in here again.

They forgot my mcchicken. and let me tell you, i love mcdonald’s, i practically go everyday. but this is unnexceptable! giving me only ONE of my mcchickens and on top of that not even make them spicey??? also the fries were short and stubby and they never have enough salt. 2/10!!!!!! (bad job mcdonald) (shame !!)

I order online and sat there for 40 minutes and waited for them to bring out my food and when they did everything was extremely cold. The lady who brought it out to us didn't say anything besides a mumbled have a good idea as she left.
