We ordered from here and the service was great. Maybe the service is hit and miss for others but we haven’t had any issues.Pizza was awesome and the staff was great. They didn’t have a delivery driver at the time, but they called immediately after we placed the online order to let us know, so we just came and picked it up instead.

Customer service/management is outstanding!!! I ordered through the app and it somehow deleted half my order, I get to the window, explain what happened and the girl at the window calls the manager over and he instantly apologizes and tells me to pull up and he'll make another pizza as fast as he can! During the 630pm dinner rush and they had that pizza out within 10 minutes!! Also the pizza and breadsticks were cooked perfectly and tasted great!! 5 stars!!

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in Knob Noster MO to have delivered to my house because I had someone babysitting my son. I got home and this is what they delivered to my house for 40 dollars....all of it is burned, not even edable. Shame on you Pizza Hut for charging this much for food and this is the outcome! Yuck ?

I've tried ordering here several times. Every time the order is wrong in some way, twice the delivery took over an hour, and twice the pizza was cold by the time it showed up. I do not recommend this place at all.

Super Bowl Sunday - we needed some game day grub. Pizza won the vote! I ordered online via the Pizza Hut app - super easy to do. Order came out on time and was divine! Service was friendly. The space is simple and clean. Would definitely come back again.

After a couple years, we decided to give this location another try. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes before talking to anyone. That's fine, it was supper time. When I did get someone, and started my order, she "wasn't sure" if they made taco pizza. Put me on hold to ask. After 6 minutes on hold, I hung up. Still have people who rather screw around I guess.
