Ordered extra cheese and bacon on a breakfast burrito, and it did not have it on it. Charged me more money but did not receive it. Places continue to charge more money for stuff, but food quality and amount keep going down. Keep up this kind of practice and you will be out of a job cause people will stop buying from Sonic.

All was good but the drink and a way to provide direct feedback. The Dr Pepper was not mixed, didn't notice until I got on the road. I tried to call over the next hour to give feedback so it wouldn't happen to someone else, could never reach anyone

I placed my order at 9. Didn’t get my drink until 25 minutes later. There were only 2 other cars in the parking lot at the time so they obviously weren’t busy. I could see kids inside jacking around not doing their jobs.

Got half fries half tots when I was ordering tots. Sent them back to get on tots, checked the rest of my bag. My Cheesy bacon stack bread was over cooked. The root beer float was a mess. You could at least try at your job. Displeased.- 1:27 pm on 08/04/24

Extremely disappointed you’d think for a place serving majority drinks that they’d be able to make them right. I try to ask for light ice every time I go because watered down soda is nasty but every time I receive a drink full of ice. I tried asking them to remake it but when the lady came back with another drink full of ice I just left. Not only that but I stopped tipping because of this and they even made my drink with root beer once and I hate root beer. And twice in a row I got a boba drink without a boba straw, so that was awesome. Very simple to do light Ice idk how it’s never been made right even when you’re tipping well. And I’m Saying this as someone who works in the service industry.
