Bought a foot long coney today. Tasted like a plastic bag. The chili sauce was too spicy hot to eat. Something has changed with Sonic. Sonic in Windsor has a very good coney. And good soft pretzels too! 11/14/25 Ordered burgers and fries. The fries were tiny pieces and hard. For the price of Sonic^s food, another reason to not go back for years.

When I first started ordering the lady was rude I got over it cause I’m 32 weeks pregnant and really wanted a BLT well came home opened my BLT and no bacon on my sandwich!

Ordered extra cheese and bacon on a breakfast burrito, and it did not have it on it. Charged me more money but did not receive it. Places continue to charge more money for stuff, but food quality and amount keep going down. Keep up this kind of practice and you will be out of a job cause people will stop buying from Sonic.
All was good but the drink and a way to provide direct feedback. The Dr Pepper was not mixed, didn't notice until I got on the road. I tried to call over the next hour to give feedback so it wouldn't happen to someone else, could never reach anyone

I placed my order at 9. Didn’t get my drink until 25 minutes later. There were only 2 other cars in the parking lot at the time so they obviously weren’t busy. I could see kids inside jacking around not doing their jobs.
