Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for two drinks and a pickle fry. They marked it as on the way out and I still wanted another 10 minutes. Pressed the button and the lady got an attitude with me when I said they marked it as on the way out. Then went to someone else to get their order instead of fixing it. They are cheating their times to look better for corporate.

I placed an order ahead order on the app, I showed up about 15 minutes late for my food. No big deal, I was expecting the food to be cold, and my ice cream to be a little melted. I got there checked in on the app, they bring out my food, guy who brings out my food sits there for a second expecting a tip. I had already put one on the app for him. So he goes back inside and I start to try to eat my food, the large chili cheese tots I ordered barely had any chili on them, and maybe had enough tater tots to be a medium. My small blast had a hole in the bottom of it, so it leaked all of my car. I rung back in and asked for a small cup just so it didn't leak more. And the mozzarella sticks, granted cold because I showed up late, but tasted so bad, like the grease in the fryers were not filtered. Worst sonic experience I have ever had. I know how sonic is, and how good it could be. I have worked at a sonic for two years and still work there. Knob Noster Sonic is the worst sonic I have ever been to.

I paid more for a medium meal here than I do for large meal at other sonic drive ins. Also didn't get custom stuff I asked for which was double whammy. How does a place with barely any customers sleep on service like this? Otherwise, it's a typical sonic. Not sure what else to review.
The food is fast food but it is below average of what I'm use to from sonic. Drinks good tho.

meh. been goin here for years and they always forget to add the extra toppings you order ( $1 a piece) , never put the cheese sauce in the bag for pretzels, or sauce for mozzarella sticks. no forks. gets real old.

It's a Sonic. The food here is as good as anyother Sonic. The only issue with this location is that it is rare to get your entire order on the first try, as something is always missing. My son had a wacky pack that was missing everything except the toy, which he sadly can't eat. If you go here, just double check your food before you leave.
