I placed a pick up order to go, and when I got home, my sandwich was just bread. if i’m paying $13 for a sub, i expect it to be filled. one half of my sub had 12 pieces of lettuce and the other had none. terrible subway, definitely recommend warrensburg instead

This place is the best Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of Subways! The people behind the counter were kind, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and they wished me a good day on my way out. My toasted food was piping hot and fresh, they put the perfect amount of toppings on my sandwiches, and were patient with all the other customers in the store, even though it was getting busy. I can't recommend this subway enough!

Kid-friendliness: There's picnic benches out front and a park across the road. Perfect place to get lunch with the family!

Closing time is supposedly 8pm. So I show up at 6:41pm and the girl working RUNS from the back to lock the door front door on me and turns off the open sign. Absolutely insane.

Placed a mobile order, and when we got there to pick up the order, I told the man that I was there to pick up my order and he seemed really confused so I showed him my phone. he’s like yeah so you’re gonna have to redo it because we didn’t get it and the money didn’t come to the store, I said I already paid for it and it charged my account he said yeah it’s just a pending charge and we didn’t get it so you’re gonna have to do it again. So I’m looking through my app trying to figure out how to cancel it so I don’t get charged twice and when I went back into the app, it showed that the order was placed it was built and it was ready for pick up at that location. My daughter walks over to this rack that had a bag on it and what do you know it was my order. So that whole time my food was just sitting over there on the rack, and this guy acted like he didn’t know what was going on very unprofessional.
