Don't know whose idea it was to book a country band that was playing as loud of music as you would hear at a state fair and have tables 5 feet away, but i didnt think the band would want to hear me shouting to my girlfriend seated next to me so we could carry on a conversation. Had an advance reservation but when we asked to be moved to another more "distant" table they said the tables were all assigned. Funny because I don't remember being told we had an assigned table where i could bang on a cymbal with my knife. We've been there when a there was an acoustic performance which was enjoyable. We were told we could sit inside but what's the point of that? We could still hear the band and we wanted a casual nice patio experience. Not some eardrum splitting performance with a band looking for a break to the big time. Tone it down Marina 27, hoedowns ate best suited for wide open spaces hay bales. We left, by the way, and went to Iron Horse in LS. Atmosphere much more conducive to conversation.

When I say the best staff in the area I mean it. Mike and James behind the bar are second to none! Talented and educated bartenders who have a great personality and make you feel at home. Now for the food, I haven't had a bad meal... ever! I try to eat here once a week, maybe more like twice a month. Seafood is second to none, steaks are best in the area, and the view is gorgeous! Great date spot and don't forget brunch!

We came to relax and enjoy ourselves for Labor Day. The band was so much fun and the crowd was great! Great atmosphere, drinks & food!

Oysters were delicious, steak was undercooked but delicious, mashed potatoes were dry as a desert, and the prices are outrageous. Liz, the manager, blamed her new employee to us, instead of accepting the responsibility and handling the situation of pricing for happy hour "specials" which were wrong and should've been an easy fix. We will likely not ever return, even though my parents live on the lake... It's like that. Left a review on Google too. They responded, which is cool, but that's not enough. Something this pricey and "high class" should be managed better.

Food was excellent for dinner of ribs and scallops wrapped in bacon, service was slow but they seemed to be overwhelmed after earlier showers. A little on the pricey side but atmoshere on the marina deck was worth it! Was surprised they charged a credit card fee without warning.

2/13/22 I had High hopes for Marina 27, the location was unique as was the atmosphere. The waitress was nice, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. My wife and I came out for a Valentine's Day meal. I had the Baby Back Pork Ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli. 3/5 Some areas were falling off the bone while others were tuff, the flavor was 4/5 My wife had the Crab stuff mushrooms and Clam Chowder 4/5 (too much cheese for her liking) I would say that I would come back, and we talked about trying their brunch. If you have not been you should try them for yourself.

We've been several times since the former Marina Gog & Galley closed and the owner retired. The new owners have totally remodeled the place and the food is a good as ever. I believe the head chef is a carry-over and is now part owner. In any case, we've been there for dinner as well as brunch. The brunch is not a buffet, so don't be confused about that. It's a great menu with several options. My personal favorite is the lobster omelet. Be prepared, though, it's huge! There are 3 options for Bloody Marys. I opt for the Marina Mary which is plenty for me, and if you wish you can get it bottomless. I like the peppered rim on the glass. My wife enjoys the Benedict's and mimosas. For dinner I've had everything from the salmon Oscar to the filet to the seabass and more and have never been disappointed. My wife likes the filet as well as the shrimp dishes. The sides are generous and delicious as well. The view is great and if the weather is nice and an outside table has a great atmosphere. We tend to go at least once a month.

Food is excellent, service is good, only issue is been there in the past and portions in the past were more suitable for the cost, cost has gone up and portions are smaller not good business practice, I have no problem paying more if it was for the same size portions of years past, not good business practice, afraid you have lost a long time customer over this last dinner.

My favorite restaurant with great food and a cute scenery. I've been so many times and the food just keeps better . On this visit I decided to try crab dip . Amazing...amazing ... the lobster Mac &cheese was really rich and creamy. I did not care for the drink of the day martini . Buy dessert I ordered a Bread Pudding with Rum sauce . This was the the highlight of my dinner experience . As you can see I ate it so quick , didn't get a chance to take a photo . I definitely recommend this spot for dinner and brunch .

Looking for a new place to celebrate our 39th anniversary and wanted seafood and steak options. So decided to try Marina 27 because we had seen some posts that looked good. Made reservations a couple of days in advance and we were seated right away. The place was super busy but our service was good and the food came out quickly and so their kitchen was on it. We loved the crab and artichoke dip. They fry their pita so really rich appetizer. We split the pear and pecan salad and the half portions were enormous. My husband had a cup of clam chowder and it was thick and creamy. He loved his cowboy ribeye, cooked perfectly. I loved my Parmesan grouper, so light and and the lemony sauce with crab and capers was really delicious. We got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was really nice. Went with the carrot cake to go and it was as a layered cake that was nice and light with a cream cheese frosting. So good! We will definitely return. BIG menu with many other things we want to try!

We came to celebrate our Anniversary. This was the first time we had been to the Resturant with the new owners. We started up stairs with happy hour. The seafood nachos were very good. The salmon bruschetta was to die for. The Ahi stack with fresh tuna and avocado was fresh and fantastic. Nothing was fishy tasting at all. We went downstairs to the main level for dinner but we were so full from the appetizers we just had a fresh salad with mixed greens with grilled salmon. Once again very good. We were not disappointed with anything. The staff was friendly and on top of things. It was too hot to sit outside but we are returning when it gets in the low 80s for dinner. Great place to go and if you like fresh seafood I would recommend it!!

Think this is my new favorite place! Food is amazing! Went in February for my birthday and just went last night for our Anniversary. Very yummy! Need a reservation.

Fantastic atmosphere. Service is top notch and food was great. The sauce on the Baby back ribs was out of this world. Live music was a great addition. Recommend for a date night, business dinner or nice dinner out with the family.

2 out of 3 times we've gone, the experiences weren't great. It almost seems like their kitchen has trouble handling when they get even a little bit busy.
