We had a great meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server, Alicia, was very nice . Her attentiveness was just the right amount . I actually mentioned to the manager that I would want her as an employee. She is the reason that we go back to this location.

All we ordered was 2 big salads and drinks! Took 1 hr to bring it out! Wife asked for no ranch and they brought out with ranch all over it, had to wait 15 more minutes for another salad! Chicken overcooked on mine, almost burnt! We are usually very understanding with my wife working in the industry! server was also rude. Just ridiculous!

I’ve been to this one 3 times. The first time I ordered take out and after waiting for 45 minutes I was told that the sauce I chose was no longer available. The second and third visits we dined in and my order was wrong and I everyone I was with was done eating by the time I got my food. Food wasn’t hot at all. Highly disappointed with this B-Dubs.

Service was great, burger was great, the chicken seemed like is was fried again-just super dry and wildly crunchy. It was about an hour before close. But when you're known for chicken, would prefer good chicken.

Planned on dinner and a movie. Arrived an hour and a half before the movie was supposed to start. Waited 30 minutes to order our food. Then, I waited an hour just to receive our food. When food arrived, there were 3 extra plates of wings. We ordered traditional and ended up with boneless. Our waitress ignored us, and instead of checking to see if our food was done , she decided to take selfies with another table. Her and another waitress decided to speak poorly about my family and I within ear shot of our table. When our food finally arrived it was cold. Not a sliver of heat in it at all. Honestly I will never eat here again. If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of respect from the waitresses on the evening shift amazes me.
I have Alpha Gal Syndrome and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. One of the ladies even came out to talk to me about it and cooked some chicken tenders that I could eat without worry. They were awesome and I so appreciated the care that I received. Great staff!
