I order food after they ask me what you want with it I told the ranch and ketchup I got home a was nothing in the bag and the food wasn’t done

Went in to have dinner with my son we sit for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting to be seated another large group of people come in after us and was seated immediately the host never come back to seat us we left poor customer service

Waited 40 minutes for our sub-par food. My wife and I were seated promptly when we arrived. In addition, our order and drinks were all done in the first 10 minutes of being there. We then sat there and watched people get seated after us, order their food, and be served as we are still waiting to be served. Service was very lacking, and we felt ignored, especially when servers would walk by, look at us, and never stop.
Greeter walked by and finally noticed we were still waiting for our food. Food came out 10 minutes later after she went to find our waitress.
Food arrived and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We took a few bites and had enough at that point.
We just walked up to the front, paid our bill , even though we didn't eat it, and left.
We have had great experiences and food at other locations we have been to, but this one makes you almost want to never go back to one again.
Hopefully, this message is read by the staff and the management for this place so they can actually work to improve the quality of the entire place.

Ultimate nachos had 6 beans on it, for the $1.50 added chili. Plus the $1.50 chicken was canned chicken. The absolute worse $18 ulimate nachos ive ever seen.
If this is the new BWW. Spend money elsewhere. Overpriced and underperformed.
The wings were horrible also. Never has this kind of horrible food here. Ill add it to my list restaurants cutting corners and losing my money.

Stopped in for lunch with coworkers. Server was prompt and polite. All orders were correct, however it did take an extended amount of time to receive food, but at no fault of the server as she was running around assisting other patrons.
Vegetarian options: Yes, we had a vegetarian with us and they ordered a black bean burger. I was pleasantly surprised to see a place known for wings having vegetarian options other than sides.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, handicap parking near the entrance, smooth sidewalk with a curbless access.

I haven’t had BWW in years but wanted it for my Monday Night Football. I picked up my order and they were on time and my food was delicious! I love potato wedges and mine were crispy and perfect!! The service was also excellent. I will definitely be back to this location!
We love BWW!! Mattie gives us great service every time! We come almost once a week and she takes care of us every time. The food is always delicious! We love that Buffalo Wild Wings fry’s their wings in beef tallow and not seed oils like most of their competitors.
