Absolutely terrible gas station, from the management to the workers they are just incompetent and its just constantly dirty and mismanaged, insane lines understaffed, this place in the last year or so has just gone down hill to the point I wil no longer be going there.

Some gas pumps have not worked correctly for over a year. Always a line with 8+ people and one cashier. I have been ignored for 25 minutes waiting for a Togo order. Probably one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen. When this store opened two years ago I was happy because I did not have to drive as far. But this gas station makes me appreciate driving out of my way for better service.

Notified cashier that a fountain drink was out. She notified the cook who then proceeds to pull dough out to make 2 more pizzas. Waited a couple of minutes before checking to see if someone was going to change it. No one seemed to really care. Still the only person inside.

I usually enjoy coming here to get gas the lady with the long braids and dark hair.I absolutely love her super good employee. This morning, I came in.I was waiting in line.I didn't realize the other line was open.The lady talked to me like I was crazy and then shook her head at me like I was a problem. I did not see her Or I would have been in her line , but , after her rude comment and her shaking her head at me , I just waited in the long line.. If you're gonna work in public , don't be so rude!!!!

We stopped in here about 12:20, looking for a quick lunch on our way through town. They definitely were not prepped for the lunch rush. We asked about the pepperoni pizza, and were told it would be out any minute. We tried to get a fountain drink, and it was out of flavor. When the pepperoni pizza came out, there were 5 people waiting, and they only made 1 pizza. Tired of waiting, we picked another drink option, and as we were checking out, we were told they had changed the soda syrup. Their bathrooms were clean, and the rest of the store was relatively clean.
16 employees standing at the counter trash over flowing, no food in the warmers a few of then where strung out on some kind of drugs. Worst caseys iv ever seen!

It's only the store on Kestrel at Lake of The Ozarks. 8 out of 10 times (really) they make the pizza wrong. We request simple changes, no black olives on half, add banana peppers on all. Very simple, very easy. They just can't seem to get it right the 1st time. So then we get there to pick it up, it's wrong, and we have to wait for them to make another and then it has to cook. Without exaggerating, they get it wrong 8 out of 10 times. It drives me nuts.11 Jan. 24Just as I expected. I wrote my review, posted it, and within a day got a response from Casey's letting me know "this should never happen." To "please contact us" at a specific address. So I did. Guess what. Nothing ever happened. I haven't heard a word. One disappoint after another. I would like to have at least heard back from them.
