Slow for food to come out. No service, you have to go up to the window to order but even then it is very slow. The restaurant was not busy but they failed to announce our food being done at the window for us to pick up and it was cold when we finally went to check on it. Multiple people in our party got food that was missing items that it was supposed to come with on the menu (jalapeños, grilled pineapple, etc). Popcorn shrimp were tiny and seemed like the bottom of a frozen bag. Chicken tacos were just unseasoned chicken on a tortilla. Had to ask for lettuce and it didn’t even come with the limes as advertised. When we asked about it, they said they were out of those ingredients. If that is the case, the restaurant should tell people when they order or close if it is the end of the season for them. Very disappointed.

Had some of the worst bar services ever! It is the shoot-out, and they were definitely not ready! They did have the bartender outside on deck. He was rude and could not be tolerated anywhere! He was rude and unprofessional. The food was okay. Nothing great. Think twice before going to this dump!

Went to Docknockers because it was right down the road from our air b&b. We ordered a bucket of crab legs-potatoe skins-buffalo shrimp.
The crab legs were amazing! (4clusters)
Bar service was excellent! Believe the hype-Chris is the best! Great bartender and awesome to talk to about the area and the lake itself. We are only here for a few days but this establishment alone will keep us coming here all the way from Minnesota (9.5hr drive).

The food was delicious, but I was very disappointed in the service and the timing that it took to get it. My son ordered the etouffee and tried to ask for it with alligator sausage and was told he couldn't, even though it specifically says on the menu that you can. Then when our food came out, my son had to wait to get his etouffee, the rest of us were pretty much done eating by the time he got it. My daughter's chicken sandwich was supposed to have pineapple and cheese on it, and it had neither, and the mac and cheese that she ordered also came out very late.
The atmosphere is right up my alley, but i'm not sure that I want to go again considering it did not seem that most of the staff in the kitchen area knew what was going on. The drinks were delightful though and bar staff, super friendly.

This place has so much potential if the owners would get off there butt and fix the issues. All the food is self serve and ran by 17 year olds so when anything breaks...such as a printer....nobody can do anything and you are told just to wait 30 min. Lol well we waited ourselves right back to the car and went somewhere else.

Hidden away gem near 4MM. You will need Google maps to find it if coming by land. Good dive bar atmosphere.

Food was sub par. Soggy fries, small portions, bland. No service, all self service. You have to get your own water, order drinks and pay at bar then go inside to order food and pay. Not the lake experience you get at other locations.

Terrible experience from the start. Within 20 minutes I spend over $300 of being in the store. The real tricky part is we ordered food and I ordered Additional corn on the cob. Went up to grab our order, and the cashier said they were out of this, this, this, this, and that. And made substitutions without asking us if it was okay and we approved us the substitution of food. My corn on the cob came out to be a corn dog, when I brought up it was incorrect the cashier shook me off. I went back o my table and they continued calling me name for the corn dog, j went up there and said “hey I wanted to offer corn, not a corn dog, why would I order a corn dog with the $75 seafood platter plate ? Her and her food runner begin looking at me weird, telling me “I just need to take it and move on”. The cashier and her food runner start giving me trouble and then 1-2 regulars start heckling me in the line. I’m from St. Louis, not broke town Eldon. But an awful experience, will never go back and calling bank on Monday to dispute charges. The 70 platter of food we ordered with the lobster and crab legs, lobster was cold, crab legs were cold, the butter was cold. We have all the food in our Airbnb fridge we can post pics of the food to show the quality too. Spent over $300 in the first 20 minutes of being there. Not everyone is doing that.

It was an upbeat vibe with good atmosphere. If you are looking for a good time this is a place to try.
