Wanted to try something new and the Thanksgiving menu looked good. What a lovely experience! We usually goto Old Kinderhook and last time was quite disappointing - felt frenzied, buffet got very sloppy, ran out of items and too many employees standing around doing nothing. H Toad's is our new goto... lovely employees, great atmosphere, amazing service, great food and very relaxed experience. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!
Overall excellent service through the week; except for the bad server and ineffective management response on Saturday night despite the restaurant having multiple staff walking and standing around. Decent food. Good bar and breakfast service.
Saturday night at The Horny Toad was amazing! 🍹 I tried the Tipsy Toad—so colorful, sweet, and it definitely did the trick! For food, I had the Party Fowl chicken sandwich… wow. It came out fast, looked beautiful, and tasted even better.
Big shoutout to Blake—seriously the BEST. Engaging, kind, quick, and made the whole experience fun. If you go, hope you get Blake as your server! 🙌
