We've been driving 1 hr and 30 minutes for years to eat at JB Hooks. It is so worth the drive!Tonight we were seated by the windows with a view of the lake. The dining room is gorgeous with a ceiling designed to impress. Our waiter tonight, Maxwell, was wonderful! Attentive but not intrusive, perfect service replacing utensils and plates with each course. Every order served exactly as we asked and no rush. It was a fantastic experience. I had the Tutto Marre and my boyfriend had the stuffed chicken. Our waiter was Johnny and he was a joy! It was overall a pleasurable experience. We will be back.
Service and food was the best we have had in a long time! The owner came by and wanted to know how we were doing. Said they would take very good care of us and they did! We will go back soon!
