My husband and I made reservations here to celebrate our 22nd wedding Anniversary. The ambiance was nice. We were feeling great. Our waitress was really nice. The problem was the FOOD. My husband ordered the K.C. Strip WELL DONE. When it came out he cut it and the BLOOD flowed. The waitress gladly took it back for additional cook time. When they brought the steak back to my husband and waited till he cut it, we all looked in DISAPPOINTMENT the steak was now what I'm guessing...
Very interesting to be there when a tornado warning is issued. You vividly can see who can manage and who needs some training. The food, service and ambiance becomes secondary to who can handle the stressful situation. JB Hooks needs to review their procedures if they have any.
My family and I enjoyed having dinner at JB Hooks. I can't remember the servers name but she was exceptional!!! Very attentive to our party of 10!! Food was delicious!!! Beautiful view overlooking the lake!!! JBH is our go to when we're in Osage!!! We'll be back soon!!!
