going thru the drive thru and told to wait. 5 minutes later, still no service. drove up to the 2nd window. that girl apologized and said she got distracted and forgot to take my order. reading thru posts, i see they are usually bad but especially on customer service. WENT TO JIMMIE JOHNS. better service. better food

The woman who is the manager is rude, arrogant, mean-spirited, and racist. Terrible service. I will never go back there. I am Latina, and before me, an American said goodbye to him politely and with a smile. When it was my turn, she was rude. She practically threw my food and treated the other employees poorly.
We went to the drive through and we asked for a plain bacon burger and made it very clear but got it wrong and added cheese. They also didn't give us any straws at all

Lordt! How long does one have to wait at a window for someone to come to it? 7 minutes. But the good thing was, we could see the 4 ladies gossiping while we waited at the drive thru window... Bravo ladies.
