This is my favorite restaurant on the strip. I love the food and have been happy with my wait staff at every visit. We only had one issue ever we had a 90 year old with our group and were seated in direct sunlight outside in 100 degree weather. There were shaded tables marked “reserved” and even our server agreed to move us there as we would be long gone before the people with reservations were to show up. The hostess girls threw a fit but our server was not budging and told them to calm down since he would be sure the table was ready before dinner crowd came. I wish I remembered his name, but he was super sweet and we made sure to tip him well. I wouldn’t want any grandma to have a stroke over a table that was not even being used. Otherwise, we have always loved going here and just went yesterday with my in laws and they loved it as well. Always recommend this place and bought a t-shirt even though I usually don’t.

Walked in for lunch and walked down to the outside seating. Sat ourselves because thats what we've done in the past. The server told us if we seat ourselves we cant order food, only drinks. So we got up with our kids, walked back up the stairs around to the front and got seated at the exact same table. Then she refused to serve us and we had another server. So strange. The food was good and atmosphere was perfect. Our kids loved it. Thanks to our new server who took over and took care of us.

All I can say is wow! I first came here a few years ago and had a very negative experience. Poor service and subpar food almost made me not want to return. However, I’m so glad I gave it another chance. They’ve really turned things around with a great new menu and excellent service. We got the Birria Neon Tacos, Neon Crunchy Wrap, and two Neon Burritos. Our server was fantastic, and all of the food was fairly priced and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how good their espresso martini was too! I’ll be back whenever I’m at the Ozarks!
