While picking up an order for my fiancé i was ignored at the pickup window having to ring the button a few times. Once victor open the window. I was told the Pizza was still cooking. Great! After waiting approximately another five minutes without seeing a store employee. I started reading the receipts on the warmer rack and saw the order sitting There already completed. If I wanted an automated response, I would have called the store. Very disappointing.

What a train wreck. Ordered pizza, 45 minutes later someone (not who they said) showed up with a pizza. The wrong pizza. (You had one job delivery.) And some kind of gross bread sticks. Called them, they came back and said they would get us another with dipping sauce and napkins. An hour later we got the pizza, nothing else. Had to walk up to the office to get it. 🙄

This is my third experience with Pizza Hut Lake Ozark it is the absolute worst Pizza you could ever find. Go to any other Pizza Hut any other part of the country is delicious Pizza Hut Lake Ozark is the absolute worst don't waste your money

Everything was fine, foodwise (except we were given the wrong wings).
We ordered through the app, and came through the drive-thru to pick up our pizzas. I'm pretty sure the lady in the window made a snide remark to us about having not left a tip on the app. Why would we need to do that, when we came to the store to pick up the order ourselves?

Food good but the service was really bad and they gave me horrible attitude when I picked up. I would like to say it was management that made me write this because the MOD was being rude as hell. Please correct this... I didn't like how it made me feel going to pick up my food. But the manager on that day did not do well with the orders going in, was rude, and could have handled things a bit better.
Pd 18 bucks for 2, 3 topping personal pan pizzas. Very little topping. Won’t do that again

Highly disappointed. Online ordering was great. Deliver person was great. I ordered 48 wings for a few of us. The wings were wrapped in a foil/paper that held all of the steam in. By the time I got them, they were mushy and gross through and through. Also, this is the first time I've ever had wings that I didn't need a napkin because there was next to no sauce on the wings. The food was just that out horrible.
