Sergios was recommended by several friends and family. The food was excellent and so was the pricing. Portions were massive, and we ordered way too much! The service was great once we were seated. They took awhile to greet us at the door, but as we sat eating, we noticed this to be their normal. When people walked in, they were not greeted, a few visitors stood very uncomfortably looking around confused stating out loud the question "are they even going to seat us?"...
The food is always good here. They are always packed which makes it hard for them to provide great service but they hustle and take care of you. Food prices are really good and portions are above average
Food was quite good, but the service and atmosphere not so great. It's just one big generic room with some tables and a few booths. If you sit close to the door on a cold day, you'll get cold (there's no vestibule), and if they're busy, people will be standing pretty close to you (there's no waiting area). No one refilled our drinks, we had to wait a bit to get a take-home box, and even longer for our check. If we eat here again, we'll just get...
