The excitement in the building could be felt. Paul/Tyson fight night. The hostess was present, aware. We chose to sit at the bar. Just as we sat down we were greeted by Amy. Amy is an asset to this establishment. She stayed busy while watching and anticipating the needs of her customers. Really impressive to witness. We couldn't have had better service from her. I assume she is the bar manager. At times there was a male bartender. We did ask him for menus, he slid us drinks...

Katie was our server and did an exceptional job! She was friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in working at Encore!
Zach played guitar and sang, he played so many great songs and was so much fun to listen to!
We definitely made the right choice to spend our last night at the lake at Encore!
