Went there around 10:00 at night on a Thursday, three people working only 4 other customers at the front. Ordered a ice cream cone, everyone else got there ice cream except mine had to go up to let them know they forgot my order and even they forgot what my order was

Andy's is good, a BIG disappointment is that Andy's doesn't use fresh fruit in their custard ONLY canned or FROZEN fruit! That's why Ted Drewes is the BEST, they don't cut corners!!!
Try the new Lemon concrete.
Recommend the Reese peanut butter cup concrete. Staff here is also great. Honestly, I was a bit unprepared when they told me the lemon bar was sold out. The staff had a list of recommendations. Based on what candy I liked.

My family tried to go here at 3:00 on a Wednesday, there were 3 people inside working, we were first in line and no one came to the window. We waited 20 minutes in the event they were over loaded with drive through orders and after 5 cars were served before us, and the guests were gathering outside, and no one inside even acknowledged us, we left. Obviously getting busy in a drive through is an acceptable excuse but not serving or acknowledging guests is incredibly rude. It’s possible they have an unposted rule that they only serve drive through in which case, take 10 seconds to explain to the guests waiting. Never fun to feel invisible with a group on excited kids.
Amazing frozen custard in so many flavors. It's so good that we went there back to back nights. They even make delicious Pup Cones.
