Pizza was super dry and barely any sauce. I was craving pizza and wings so to kill two birds with one stone I ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and a barbecue pizza. Both were overcooked and sauceless. Same experience every time I order here. It’s been a while since I ordered but I see nothing has changed.

Places is trash I live .25 miles away and I would rather eat dog food out of a can then I would order from this place ever again. Good luck getting a hold of them. It’s terrible.

Thin crust ordered with extra cheese and pepperoni was so hard and dry. Hand tossed had bubbled up so much there was nothing to eat other than the center. Only ate centers of both pizzas

Don't order from here. I've tried several times, but I've finally had it. This time it took 90 minutes for one pizza and two salads and by the time it arrived the pizza was COLD. Horrible service, horrible management.
We have been ordering from this location for years and generally receive good service. However, this evening’s experience was awful. When I went to pick up our order, there was an employee who acted like I was not there and he simply sat down and start talking with a female employee. I tried to get his attention, but he kept ignoring me. Another employee named Zach who had a beard and glasses came out and could not care less about the other employee’s behavior and asked me to relax. I am not sure if he was trying to be funny or sarcastic, but the way he treated me was quite offensive. The attached photo was our order and it is our typical order. Zach and the other employee lost us as customers. I am sure they do not care, but hopefully the owner will see this review and provide them with the training they desperately need. Food 0/10! Customer service 0/10! Constant issues with constant second chances but I’m done this time! 1st time I was given molded crushed red pepper, they didn’t believe me until I left work to bring it to them and show them. All that was offered was a new red pepper considering my pizza had been topped with the molded pepper. But I left in hopes that they would throw away the old red pepper so customers moving forward would not experience the same.
Next, 1 week ago I ordered pizza online. It was about 40 minutes before closing, however I was still able to order. They waited til they closed to cancel my order and when I began to call of course I couldn’t get ahold of no one because the business was closed. I called and spoke with the call center they used which was helpless because all they wanted to do was transfer me to the store which of course I couldn’t get a answer.
My final an last straw which what drive me to leave this review! I ordered pizza tonight! My pizza was missing 2 pieces, my pizza had a few mushrooms on one slice! My kids are allergic to mushrooms which is who the pizza was ordered for. I called to discuss the issue, I was laughed at and made a joke out of. They offered to cancel my order but that’s not what I wanted. When I told them I prefer my food to be remade, they sat the phone down and I waited 22 minutes and 56 seconds to be exact before I decided to gang up and call again. I called numerous of times before I got an answer, when I finally got a answer after 5-6 calls. The guy that answered the phone stated we cancelled your order and hung up in my face.
Not all of my dominos experiences have been like this. But these last 3 times in a row have made me felt targeted. So much going on in the world the last thing I need is to feel unsafe eating anything that money buy. Further more the workers being unsympathetic that they’ve messed up. I never ordered mushroom on my pizza, so if either of my kids have an allergic reaction Dominoes will have a bigger problem ahead!

I orders large pizza with one topping with pineapple with 7.99 and this week there is promotion for the same with 6.99 with 2 topping which I missed and may be due to promotion the amount of chews is also refused and pizza was not up to the standard of dominos . As kids were hungry I could not take it back

I wonder if the owner knows how much money their staff costs them. I ordered at 11:03 from a store that closes at midnight. I guess the staff was done for the night so they waited until midnight and canceled my order. Would have been better had they just canceled it from the start and I would order something else. But I still have several free pizzas from dominos so I’ll be ordering them I bet the driver gets real curious as to why they aren’t getting tipped. Hope they pay a good amount to them for delivery but I’ll be laughing every time.
