Drive through super slow, food was cold and definitely got food poisoning from them

Every time I come to this location my order is messed up due incompetence.

From Nortwest Indiana! This was a delightful surprise! I went 2 days in a row! Wish I could bring Freddy's to NWI!

Received email for 3 dollar mini custard, went and order it, it was not discounted. The manager said it had to be ordered in the app. The large print in the advertising said nothing about that. Only when you read the extra small print does it say online order. Very misleading, yes it was only about a buck fifty in savings but it’s the principle of it. I know my two or three visits a month is going to hurt Freddy’s, but I’ll not be back. Do better Freddy’s, us seniors can’t read that fine print. P.s. this is my first ever bad review of any company, just fed up with gimmicks and tricks.

Plaza Way in Lexington, NC sucks.... needless to say we go thru the drive thru, i order a kids Chz Brg add mayo chili chz tots & Dp, tom & lett, son gets a ONLY chili chz dog MEAL chili chz tots &DP.... Hubby gets a Dbl Chz meal w/ff DP too.... i get home come in and get their food out, find a bed bug or baby spider something frikkin crawling in my kids chili chz box, im already wigged tf out n sick now, and my picky a** son has onion all over his hotdog now, i took pics to add them but ewww wtf FREDDYS????? We "use" to love them, but hell nah now....

I just left there. 3:30pm and they didn't get my order correct again. This is the worst drive thur. always messes the orders up. I won't be back. Tried of paying for things I don't receive.

Good ice cream last Friday night. Two medium concretes to go for $15.00. Service was quick and friendly. Good location with a drive-thru window.

Fast. Tasty burger. Clean. Reasonable pricing.

Staff is a joke
Stood in the lobby for 5 minutes,
3 staff came to the front, never acknowledged us, had to ask for someone to take our order and they told us in a few minutes, so we left. Horrible service. How this place stays open running a business like this is beyond me.

The best, period.

For the price it’s highly disappointing. Only been twice and each time they forgot an item. Cheese curds were greasy and squished. Burger was dry and instead of the concretes we ordered we ended up with liquid milkshakes. $65 for three people and I could get better food at Five guys… don’t waste your money.

I went to Freddy’s in Milford, OH and the drive-thru guy was SUPER FRIENDLY!!! His name was Justin! He was very welcoming and helpful and super cheerful which helped because I was having a not so good day and it cheered me up a bit! I highly recommend this location!

This instance is staffed horribly. I have walked out after waiting for someone to take order, had to go back in from drive through for error and dealt with overflowing trash. I go to the next one down the road.

The person working in the drive thru Saturday has nooooo personality!
