Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I feel as if I was just robbed for $40 worth of inedible food. Walk in to pick up my mobile order I placed. Mind you the phone said the order was ready which I was I walked inside to pick it up. The ice cream stuff was in the fridge like the website said but the hot food is nowhere to be found at their station. There’s 3 younger females “working” aka playing on their phones on the ice cream side and a few younger males cooking the hot food. I tried to be patient and stand at the counter to ask about my food and received zero acknowledgment from them so I walked over to the hot side to try to get the guys attention and same result. I then walked back over and now I verbally asked the closest girl where my food might be and she said with an attitude when it’s ready it will say so online, to which I replied it said it was and it’s now been 10 minutes past. The online site now says picked up at this time. All 3 girls look at each other and say there’s a couple bags over there but it’s not my job and went back to their phones. Finally a fourth girl came from somewhere else and seemed to be the only one working and bagged up my order for me to leave. I drove the 2 quick mins back to my house around the corner to find that the fries were literally fried to be rock hard crunchy, the “cheese curds” I ordered had barely any in the container, my wife’s chicken sandwich looked like trash on a bun and the melt that I got had next to no cheese and was cooked to death. I had to drink a whole glass of water just to get it down. This place should refund anyone who patronizes them their money immediately and just close their doors. The reviews are all the same and no one is doing anything to fix it. What a SHAME!

First time and I will be going back to try so many things!

Ive been here twice in the last 2 months. The first time I ordered a bottle of Freddy's Seasoning with my order. The seasoning was not included. No biggie, stuff happens. Today I went there again ordered 3 meals and a side salad. The side salad wasn't included. I was charged both times for items I didn't get. Both times in the drive through.

Not bad. The patty melt was mediocre. It needs some sauce. But then again I was expecting a Frisco melt style like Steak and Shake has which is much better. Tater tots were good. Sweet tea was watered down.

I visited this Freddy's location on 5/7/26 at 5:33pm. I was immediately greeted and had my order taken promptly. I got my food within 5 minutes, it being a patty melt with no fried unions and a side of Curds. The food was extremely fresh, well cooked, and was very filling. For the first time in a while I was impressed with fast food and how the employees were on top of getting food accurate and out in a timely manner. Well done!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive-through for them just to say that they were all out of American cheese. I’m sorry, but how is this a burger place running out of cheese

The young lady manager at your anthem AZ location was quite rude. I asked to purchase a small kids ice cream for a young child and she wouldn't. she said I have to order a whole kids meal. There was a bin full of kids ice cream in the freezer. Won't be back

Great burgers! Better than your average fast food burger. The fries are thin and crispy. They have a variety of condiments and sauces out on a rack for you to help yourself, which is a great change from most places that don't seem to trust you. The employees treat you courteously and well without coming across as being forced. Great place to take the family. The adults will appreciate the quality, the kids will love the fries and the ice cream.
