So I go in there tonight to pick up a doordash order, I can clearly see it sitting on a shelf. Every employee in there ignores me, the orders ready and sitting there getting cold. So I take it upon myself to grab the order, then suddenly they're not so busy. An employee chases me out the door taking my picture on his phone. This is my order, it's paid for, and ready to go. Absolutely no professionalism in this place. Then when I get out in the parking lot he threatens me. This is a long way from being over.

This place needs to find new management!! Or if the manager was there you need to be let go! Donāt go here if itās 9:30pm or after ā¦. They will be closed everything states close @ 10pm! This means you close at 10, you take a last order at 10 NOT that you close 30mins early to clean and walk out at 10 or before! They donāt even deserve 1 star! This is not the first time it has happened either.

Not a lot of dine-in customers when we came but the staff were busy with mobile orders.
I like the choices of the usual offerings - plenty of chicken dishes and a dish or two of beef, and it seemed just one shrimp dish. I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Beef with Broccoli. I am not complaining but merely suggesting that they introduce new ones.
While they work fast, the staff seemed to be overworked.

Just left a Panda Express to come here because the other Panda Express doesn't use gloves touched my chicken barehanded just to come here and find out you guys don't even have your dining room open but I can see Claire's day to the window you guys don't use gloves when handling food that's disgusting

Arrived at 6:30pm on a weeknight, so would expect all items be stocked and ready considering this is the dinner rush.
Waited in line for approximately 8-10 minutes before someone came over to take my order (there was only one couple in front of me when I walked in). Then I was told teryiaki chicken would be an extra 20 minute wait since they had run out and hadnāt started making more yet. This is disappointing since itās basically one of the only healthy items they have but completely unacceptable when you consider the fact that both cooks were literally standing around doing nothing the entire time I was in the store so easily couldāve been working on any items running low.

Went to this Panda Express at about 8 pm. Ordered 2 plates, one with chow mein and double orange chicken, the other with white rice, honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Received two plates with fried rice and double orange chicken. To add insult to injury, the fried rice is disgusting! Will not be going back.

Went to get panda at 9:20pm, the Lady working there said sheād be with us in just a moment, then a Guy got onto the mic and told us āweāre closedā but looking here, yall are open till 10pm. Very dissapointing.

Absolutly terrible. Beyond lazy and rude. I was told it takes over 2 hours to make white rice so theyāre not making more. Really? Itās 745pm. Why even be open if youāre not going to make the damn food. Iām tired of how CONSISTENTLY this place is ānot making moreā be better or close the damn place down.

9/6 Arrived at 7:55 waited for 10 min while they boxed up to other orders. At 8:06 they tell me dinning room is closed while three other people are sitting down eating and can only take to go orders.
