ABSOLUTELY RUDE closed lobby early no sogns saying so tried telling me they closed sooner then they did when I told him about the sogn on the door he said oh yeah my bad. The couple before us said they didnt give them hardly any food and they wouldnt cook anymore! Avoid at all costs this plsce will close sooner because their workers are TERRIBLE

It’s the closest location to us, so we unfortunately go there occasionally. Just got home and they forgot the chow Mein on one of the orders. The orange chicken I kid you not barely fit into the little cup thing on the to go tray, there was so little. They didn’t give us teriyaki sauce or soy sauce we asked for either. All in all it’s exactly like every experience at this location. And I got nobody to claim but myself for continuing to go there…

Im not sure what's going on here, but it would seem this location is poorly managed. I ordered one bowl and one kid's meal in the drive-through. The meat in both was dried out, barely there, and you could tell it had been sitting around quite awhile (this was at 530 pm). My bowl was filled to the top with white rice and there was what appeared to be one small spoon of chicken scrapings on the top. It was old, crusty and full of hot pepper seeds. I basically paid for a big bowl of white rice. Also, we weren't given any utensils or napkins. This location used to be great...really sad...

So I go in there tonight to pick up a doordash order, I can clearly see it sitting on a shelf. Every employee in there ignores me, the orders ready and sitting there getting cold. So I take it upon myself to grab the order, then suddenly they're not so busy. An employee chases me out the door taking my picture on his phone. This is my order, it's paid for, and ready to go. Absolutely no professionalism in this place. Then when I get out in the parking lot he threatens me. This is a long way from being over.

This place needs to find new management!! Or if the manager was there you need to be let go! Don’t go here if it’s 9:30pm or after …. They will be closed everything states close @ 10pm! This means you close at 10, you take a last order at 10 NOT that you close 30mins early to clean and walk out at 10 or before! They don’t even deserve 1 star! This is not the first time it has happened either.

Not a lot of dine-in customers when we came but the staff were busy with mobile orders.
I like the choices of the usual offerings - plenty of chicken dishes and a dish or two of beef, and it seemed just one shrimp dish. I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Beef with Broccoli. I am not complaining but merely suggesting that they introduce new ones.
While they work fast, the staff seemed to be overworked.

Just left a Panda Express to come here because the other Panda Express doesn't use gloves touched my chicken barehanded just to come here and find out you guys don't even have your dining room open but I can see Claire's day to the window you guys don't use gloves when handling food that's disgusting
