Terrible pizza, where did my 1990s pizza hut go? Disappointed.

How hard is it to sauce boneless wings???!!! The lady working is sloppy and lazy. I was the ONLY order at the time, I know because I went in to place the order and she was in the back cleaning the freezer door. Which means she isn't lazy just sloppy and doesn't care about the quality of food she is putting out. Do it RIGHT or don't do it at all. Pizza's were blah......

The pizza was absolutely terrible. Tried to call for a refund because it was truly bad .. and received a rude response from Ethan & the GM even after I offered to return the pizzas. I spent almost $70 for everything pictured. I agree with the other reviews, don’t waste your time and money.

I order the triple treat box and the pizzas that I got looked like they were from multiple different pizzas shoved together. My cheese pizza, which was the wrong crust, none of the slices fit, and they’re all cooked differently. There was a gap between slices when I received it PROVING it was from different pizzas. I’m not eating a pizza that’s from old pizza. I want a refund but the website is janky and customer service won’t answer. Literally insane. Never go here.

I order pizza for delivery a couple days ago and they tell me 45 minutes. It shows up an 1 hour & 30 minutes later so I get an email stating that I have a free pizza for my trouble. I called today and I spoke to a woman named Abigail (the manager) because i'm trying to connect my free pizza with the order I'm about to make. The call center sends me directly to the stobecause of my free pizza email. Abigail answers the phone and hangs up on me after asking me if I wanted deliveryor carryout. So when I call back the second time I say "this is the guy that was just on the phone" and she says "I wasn't on the phone with anyone" (very sarcastically) I said well i'm just trying to place an order and also get this free pizza and she says that it can't go through on there end and that I'll have to do it online. I said doesn't that mean I'll have to place 2 separate orders? and again very sarcastically she says "oooor you can just do it all online" treating me like an idiot. So I went ahead and placed my order of two pizza's, a 6 piece wing and a bread stick totalling $71. I can see now why pizza hut is a dying franchise. This "Manager" Abigail, is the reason I will never order from there again. The price was already bothering me but Abigail's attitude sealed the deal. Yes I'm that guy who will never order again from a place where they treat the customer like an inconvenience.

Backyard BBQ PIZZA had very little chicken, no bacon and little cheese. Crydt wasnt the typically good hand tossed…toasty and hard. I was there before if was done also.

Don’t waste your money. It’s always either too much sauce or just plain dry. Whoever makes the food clearly doesn’t care and needs a new job.
In the first pic I ordered an original pan , cheese pan. Original pan crust was terribly dry and cheese was my only topping and they barely put any on there but overdid the sauce.
My second order was completely dry….only toppings and maybe a scoop of sauce.
Chicken was terrible couldn’t even finish.
Just go to another Pizza Hut, don’t even waste your time.

?????? Well done! We got the Big pizza lol the slices are huge! Fries were still warm and crispy but the time we got it
Food is pretty good, if you actually get it. No one there knows what they’re doing. When our order wasn’t ready after 45 min (when it was 15 min pu time).. they didn’t even have it after cashing me out. “When I said just please refund, I have three kids in the car” she said “Sorry, but these things just happen.” I worked at pizza joints my entire young life.. they don’t or it’s dealt with better. Try Steph’s down the street! Save yourself ;)

I placed a pickup order. Got home and it was the wrong pizza. Tried to call back to make sure they were making correct one so I wasn't waiting another 20mins. But repeatedly got put to a call center and the center would say let me transfer you to the location and then it'd hang up on me. By the 3rd call I was mad as heck so I asked for a manager and the lady just hung up on me. I'm 90% sure the call center isn't even in the USA. When I showed up to the store to have it fixed, no apology, no explanation just told that'll be 12 minutes. I drove 15mins to get here and tried on the phone for 10mins before hand JUST TO WAIT ANOTHER 12MIN!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! FIND A BETTER PIZZA HUT OR BETTER PLACE IN GENERAL!! THIS LOCATION IS COMPLETE CRAP!!

Inside floors were dirty, the lady that took my order needs customer service training, it’s amazing to me how you spend your money in these places and they forget that they are serving us, will never visit this establishment again.
