I ordered queso Fito and asked for the chorizo on the side but they put steak in it?? Weird it tasted not good!

The food is just bad. The salsa was sour and the lunch quesadilla was small and unremarkable.

My chimichanga was decent. I ordered soup as a side and got charge for a bowl. My wife did not enjoy hers. We had to wait to be seated at at time that more than half the tables were empty.

Read this experience... I never write a review during a visit but felt compelled. Nasty and rude bartender who was wearing sweatpants!!! . When we walked in the bartender was stuffing her face with Cane's chicken like she had never eaten in her life- along with someone else eating it at the bar.
Then we ordered drinks. I ordered a margarita no salt..came out with it having salt, 2nd one came back out and it had a bad carbonation to it- guy said it was at the end of the barrell. came back out a 3rd time and it was the nastiest drink ever and super sugary- margaritas should not taste like sugar. Sent it back and drank water- not a good bartender to make a basic drink. Ordered food..against my better judgment. My mother ordered avocado toast egg over hard- came out over medium. My pollo chicken came out with brown lettuce and grity sour cream, and the tomatoes looked wilted and old- didn't even have the guacamole with it- and it comes with it. My husband said the burger was good. The server said he would get a manager. The bartender came over said she was the manager and said she would take my food off the bill- I didnt want to order anything else after that. Then a young lady who was sweet saw me writing a review and begged me for 10mins not to write this and she would tell the manger (the bartender she said was not the manger) about the experience-please don't write review. Then I asked can I please get a bill so I can go. The bill finally came the margaritas were not removed I told the waiter I was not paying for something I sent bsck and didn't drink. She told me they were made correctly and she was NOT removing it- I told her I was not paying for those nasty things. She told me she spoke to the manager and agreed I had to pay it. Then the sweet young lady came back over I told her I wasn't paying it she said hold on and then next thing I knpw the bartender threw the bill at me. Never coming back and will let everyone about this awful place.

Hands down , I love this place and they have the perfect Bar tender for the job . Never disappoints me. She keeps a smile with great service and the drinks are well worth it . Rachel keep up the great work💙💙👍🏾

Our waitress, Siri, was terrible. We asked several times for our waters, silverware and when we wanted to order food, she stated she was only doing drinks right now. We ended up getting the pork carnitas chimichanga. It was DELICIOUS! However, once we got our food, Siri never came back to check on us. Another waitress came to check on us and give us our bill.

We recently celebrated a birthday party for 15 people. We kicked things off with some appetizers: crispy jalapeño poppers, crispy shrimp, and mushroom dip, which everyone loved and went back for seconds. For the main course, we enjoyed Nashville tacos, veggie tacos, and grilled chicken tacos, all perfectly balanced.

We also had a creamy fettuccine Alfredo that was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of cheese.

I honestly loved the entire experience, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Really glad we found this place. The food was outstanding, the people were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. We sat out on the patio and could talk without shouting over the music.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas, which came with a very flavorful white sauce. The portion was generous and came with red chile rice and smashed black beans. My husband ordered El Pollo Loco that comes with the black beans and guacamole. The guacamole was fantastic and he really liked his entree as well.

We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu!

What a horrible experience tonight. Been to Prado's many times but tonight we stood for ten minutes without even being greeted. A waiter finally sat us and explained he was new. We had to ask for chips and salsa after ten minutes. That was fine he was new. We ordered the queso as an appetizer and it was hardly melted.The horrible part was when the food came. I ordered two crunchy tacos. The shells were burnt. My wife also ordered two tacos and all four tacos were 98% meat. Most wouldn't complain but doesnt a taco have lettuce, tomato, cheese and salsa? There was hardly any. My grandchild had mac and cheese. I was Macaroni noodle with queso sauce and came hardly melted. I asked for the manager and he came over and looked at our food and explained he had 3 people call in sick and was short handed. NO apology! After that saying some cook called in with the flu. Bottom line the bill came without an itemized receipt I asked the waiter for it he said the manager kept it but had given us a percent off. Best I could tell it was 15%. This manager ruined this , what was , great restaurant.
