Went for Saturday brunch after grandkids gym class around the corner. Service was excellent, waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was great, and we spent the same for a really good brunch as we did the week before for so-so food at Panera.

Absolutely delicious food and we didn't have to wait long. The service was also wonderful. After being seated inside we decided we wanted to move outside so the server (sorry I can't remember her name) but she was so pleasant about our request and just moved us outside. Prados Modern Mexican is delicious, very knowledgeable, and has a great staff with cleaning and Modern atmosphere! Can't wait to go again.

We live out of town and was headed home from an appointment in St.Louis. The interstate was at a stand still due to snow and ice so we decided to stop and eat to waste some time. This place was amazing, food, service and atmosphere. We ordered cheese dip with chorizo, shrimp burrito bowl, churrasco steak with chinichurri and mexican bread pudding, each bite was full of flavor. We were not disappointed and will be back!

UPDATED:We revisited for their Taco Tuesday special (and their happy hour from 3-6pm). Everything was delicious once again! Keep reading for original review. ?Very impressive first impressive. Prados lived up to its reputation. Everything was made from scratch and insanely delicious. Genuinely the best American Mexican we've had!My wife (and I) both agreed that their chimichanga was the best chimi either of us had ever had; it only helped that they drowned it in queso (which is normally an additional price for the amount of liquid gold they smothered that burrito with)! ?The beans were awesome, my tacos were fire, the rice, well-balanced to round out the meal.Our waitress was the icing on the cake! Keisha was above and beyond in her service. Would 10/10 recommend this place (and Keisha's kindness)! ??We will be returning here, soon!*OH, and I didn't even mention their happy hour specials.
