Usually the drive through at this Lake St. Louis location is slow, but today was the worst I have ever experienced. I had only four cars in front of me and did not leave with my smoothie until 30 minutes later. 30 MINUTES!!! While sitting at the window I was able to see three girls working. No one in the lobby to make other smoothies for, and they made 4 other drinks and sat them at the drive thru window and hadn’t even started mine until after those four drinks were sat there for the cars behind me. The bad thing is that drive through, once you are in line, you can’t get out. It should not take 30 minutes to serve 4 cars in a drive through.

Were totally ignored upon walking in, and then they proceeded to finish all available drive thru orders instead of ours. Which came before those at the window. They have no attitude for service and seem to think far too much of themselves. Smoothies shouldn't take this long.

2nd time I’ve been here and tried to go through the drive through and waited 5-7 min and no one acknowledged me. Ok no big deal I’ll just get my 4 year old without shoes out of the car and head inside. Meanwhile both times 3 employees are just standing there talking to each other. Super annoying!

I come to this smoothie king all the time giving it second chances and the employees are slow and don’t care, spent 15 minutes in the line with no one in front of me and gave me practically no food (I ordered a PB Swizzle) and gave no lid. Truly sad to see from one of my favorite places to eat and forever hendering my smoothie king experience.

Been here several times, keeping giving them second chances. The employees are very slow and have no motivation to quickly get through orders. Waiting in the drive thru with no one else in front of me for 15 mins before my order was even taken, then 10 more mins for me to even receive my drink. Then my drink taste like watered down juice, definitely missing fruit that was supposed to be in it, and it has a powder taste to it. I did not add on any enhancements. Don't waste your money or time.

The employees here are horrible. My friends and I came to buy smoothie bowls for lunch and when we asked the person taking our order took and deep breath and rolled his eyes and then had an attitude the rest of our order. His name was Jacob and was very rude. Don’t come here
Jacob was a very rude server and does not seem to like his job. although he may not like his job he could at least be nice to his customers. it does not feel like a welcoming environment here and the customer service was not good. do not come here.

Ordered then waited for 13 mins before finding out they got my order wrong. Then they “fixed” it but waited there for another 15 mins while people who came after me got their orders and left. Went up and asked if it was going to take more time, turns out they had it in the blender. 4 people working. What a mess. Shouldn’t take 30 mins to get a smoothie. Do not recommend.

This is my favorite location. The drive thru is fast and I am always greeted with a smile. The times I went inside I noticed they have a nice variety of protein bars and snacks to choose from. I love their açaí bowls and get them weekly.
