I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up an order, and then I was told I needed to go around to drive-through. I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager was rude to me, slammed the window in my face. That was after informing me. I only waited 17 minutes. Horrible customer service.

Ordered on app. It does no good to customize your burger, asked for less sauce and both sandwiches were dripping with it.
The onion rings GROSS. Must have been cooked before the oil was hot. The breading soggy and falling of the onions.
Someone needs to learn to read, cook and care.
WON'T be back.

The food was extremely overcooked chicken tenders were almost completely dried out Brown their burrito was about 6 in Long at best tiny ridiculous size ,their food and service has gone completely downhill in the last 6 months. It used to be one of my favorite places. They need to change or they're going to lose a lot of business. It is a nice location in the middle of a huge outside strip mall with all kinds of other places to eat.

If I could, I’d give a 0 for customer service, I would. My wife and I ordered 2 large sodas and we waited at the window for 10 minutes while the sodas sat on the counter. The 2 girls working were on their phones taking pictures and then walked towards the window and ignored us. They didn’t greet us whatsoever. There was another girl that walked by the window and just looked at us and didn’t greet us or even provide us with our drinks!

This was my first visit and I was pleased with the service and the triple stack! The only downside was the fries which didn't taste fresh and were dry. Overall an excellent visit.

Be careful going to this Drive Thru. I had a young lady in the drive thru almost get away with $18 of change. She acted like I didn’t give her 2 twenty dollar bills. When I confronted her she only gave me back $14 in a slick way to make it look like it was $18. She never even gave me my receipt. She actually threw it in the trash and I watched her pick it out. Honestly very disappointing to see. Like I said be careful at this drive thru.

You know what really gets me aggravated with modern day Sonic? Its the lack of trash disposal. It's a drive in, people eat in their cars, and there isn't anywhere to place your trash. Trash cans are far & few between, and the little ledge at the kiosk is nonexistent.

I don't think I've ever had a worse fast food experience in my life. We ordered on the website as we were parked in a stall and were given an estimated time of about 7 mins for food to be ready, so we call it I on the screen. 45 minutes later, we get our food and it's the wrong order entirely. They come back eventually with the right order. Staff was very friendly, I feel for them honestly - the place is too busy between drive thru, mobile orders, and stalls.
Anywho, then we back out to leave and the parking lot is so narrow, we were stuck behind the drive through line for a solid 30 minutes until it finally moves a single car through, and we can leave. For pretty meh food, I'll never go to this sonic again.

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. They were under staffed, okay I get it, that was not the problem. Waited an hour for our food. It was $70 worth. They left out a cheese burger AND 3 orders of mozzarella sticks. We came back, waited for about 15 minutes, they answered, told them they forgot part of our order, told us they will get back to us then nothing.. so we went inside, then got yelled it. Employee did not say sorry. Just yelled at us that we can't walk in to their area and made us leave. We went back out, ring the bell service, waited 30 minutes, no one answered so we left. They didn't give us $25 of the food we paid for, took over 2 hours for the whole ordeal, yelled at us, and didn't follow up. Worst experience ever. Never again.
