Waited for fresh burgers which was nice but this takes smash burger to another level. You couldn’t even take the bun off as it was so smashed and absorbed all the grease. All three double cheeseburgers were received in this condition.

This is the most unbelievably rude experience I have ever had in my life the “manager” will not give me her name. She said she “doesn’t know” who owns this franchise. She told me to go to “google” and find the website. So I did. The food initially took 25 minutes at drive-thru, brought it home, it was cold, greasy and the buns were smashed flat. There is so much more. Too long of a story. I never take the time to complain about this kind of stuff, much less online. This is a first because it was that bad.

The employees at this location were great. They were more involved and attentive with customers than I’ve seen elsewhere. It made for a very pleasant experience overall. The wait for food was short too, which was a nice bonus!
Waited 45 min for two burgers there was one other couple in the dining room. And wtf is up with the soda machine, gotta scan a ticket then no refills.

Worst experience. We walked in and every table was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days and our food was ice cold.
The staff were all EXTREMELY loud and screaming from the back as well as cussing all while my child could hear and not to mention one had slippers on. Completely unprofessional!!
This location needs someone higher up to come in and revamp the entire system including staff!
