I want to warn others about my recent experience at this restaurant. When I visited with a friend, I ordered an iced tea that appeared white. I politely. asked the manager (who also said she was the owner) if it was really iced tea. Her response was, “Yes, that’s what happens when you put sugar in tea, it turns white.” I didn’t argue, simply poured it out, and got a different drink. Later, when I asked if I could have buffalo sauce, she told me it was $1. I said, “Oh, sorry, never mind — I didn’t know condiments cost extra.” At that point, she snapped at me saying, “What are you, stupid or blind? It says it right on the menu.” I tried to walk away, but she came out from behind the counter and repeated it again, directly in my face: “So are you stupid or blind?” At that point, I lost my patience and responded with profanity Caused by the frustration of being insulted and humiliated She then told me to leave, kicked me out of the restaurant, and even called the police. When the police arrived, I explained that I felt verbally abused and wanted to file a complaint. The officer told me the owner had the right to refuse service and that if I didn’t want to go to jail, I needed to leave. No one seemed to care about the verbal harassment I endured. This was one of the most unprofessional, hostile, and humiliating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Same as the reviews below. You can't serve cold meat. Common sense isn't too common anymore
I attached the health inspectors contact information after seeing how many people in the last year paid for cold meat.
The only way it will stop is if it's reported correctly.

Just curious why I had to pull up to the stop sign for one small biggie bag order when NOONE is in line. Not in front nor behind me. The entire 9 mins I waited. When did this become a thing? Pull up for no reason.
We enjoy Wendy’s but this locations fries are always trash. I appreciate pulling up to the stop sign to wait on a fresh burger but fries always taste hours old. How hard is it to throw down some fresh fries while cooking the burgers?
Good was not hot
Food was the same as always. The only drink machine in the store was broken and the one at their drive through that they use was out of seltzer for soda and they gave me literally 6 ice cubes…
I’ve been to this location a million times but NEVER have I ever received a fresh burger and bun! The fries are sometimes fresh, nuggets ok..but I’m not sure if they are cooking a lot burgers ahead of time and setting them in the warmers but they are so dry and hard! The buns are never soft! Do better and serve the people who are paying to eat here better quality food.

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. I placed my order using Wendy's drive-thru window, I ordered a Cranberry Pecan Salad, ranch dressing, and a Thin Mint Frosty. When I opened the bag at home, you can see on the right hand side of the picture that the salad on top was brown and wilting. This salad should have never been given to a customer, especially for a $9 salad. I didn't receive any ranch dressing, and instead of a Thin Mint Frosty, I received a plain vanilla frosty. This was terribly disappointing because getting the Thin Mint Frosty was the main reason for going to Wendy's.
Shout out to Ramone working the drive-through tonight! We came by pretty late, but he had a great attitude and was very helpful and polite. Said the chicken would take about 4 minutes, and he had it ready in 3. Top-tier service!
Took forever for the stoner kid to come to the counter to take our dine in order. While he was taking it three younger individuals walked right behind the counter, walking around the store recording on their phone. Staff immediately told them to leave, and the whole thing caused a scene that made my family super uncomfortable. On top of that, They were out of a bunch of stupid stuff like ranch, cream soda, sprite…etc. super ghetto for being in this area…
Luckily food came fast and was good…saved a one star

Also so people know, the GM doesn't wash her tomatoes or lettuce. If you come towards switch over which is at 1030 they will microwave your eggs if your a douchebag who ordered right at switch but they will anytime from 10 to 1030 sometimes when it hadn't been busy and they drop enough for the rest of breakfast.
Also most of yalls food isn't temped and is for sure being used longer than normal until it's looking bad because they want to bonus on food cost. Which lemonade is made with 4 cartons instead of 3 so it really sucks when I want one and it's watery
Your tea prolly sucks because it's made stupid to save bags.

The gm is to worried about herself and her success that she doesn't even realize it's not even the wendys way.
If yall leave a survey on the right site and not this Google review then it actually matter but only a little. Going to corporate only gets you a dm response first which is only gonna give you a coupon for a free meal for you and one other person.
The gm to this store was only promoted because she comes from a store with family and that's how it works in the company. I see it all the time since 2012 when I started. If the gm would just grow up and most importantly respect herself and not care about flirting with workers and did things the wendys way then it wouldn't be so bad.
But when inspection comes around them 14 days they use timers and do things correctly.
